General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Reservation of pitches, mobile homes, and chalets.
Reservations guarantee you'll find one of our pitches or rentals upon arrival. Whenever possible, we will assign you the pitch or rental you want, or a similar one, or a neighboring one.
For pitches, the balance must be paid upon arrival.
For rentals, the balance of the stay must be paid in full one month before the arrival date stated in this contract.
Guests are required to comply with the provisions of the establishment's internal regulations, which will be provided upon request.
For pitches, each night is charged from noon to noon. Upon settling into the pitch, the next night's stay is due.
For rentals, each night is charged from 3 p.m. to 11 a.m.
Rental rates include water, gas, electricity, access to the pool, and all services. Pitch rates include access to the restrooms (with hot water), the swimming pool, and all amenities.
Rentals are equipped with dishes, a refrigerator and/or freezer, a microwave, blankets, and pillows. Linens (sheets and pillowcases) are not provided.
All reservations are personal and may not be transferred to a third party without written authorization from the campsite.
In the absence of a message from the guest specifying that they have had to postpone their arrival date, the pitch becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date stipulated in the contract, and full payment for services remains due.
Dogs, cats, or other carnivores may only enter the campsite if kept on a leash, tattooed, and in possession of a valid rabies vaccination certificate, which will be requested upon arrival.
Day guests must register before being admitted and provide their identity at reception. Their stay is subject to a fee; the rate is the same as for a visitor.
Booking Conditions:
The customer must submit the completed, dated, and signed reservation form with a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
The following payments are accepted:
+ Checks payable to Camping Namasté
+ Bank transfers via IBAN: FR76 1780 7000 3875 3214 7398 548
+ ANCV holiday vouchers
The reservation will only become effective upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
+ The dates of the stay may be changed subject to availability.
In the event of cancellation of the planned stay without cancellation insurance:
+ More than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date:
30% of the total amount of the booked stay will be retained. A credit note will be issued for a period of 18 months (except for holiday vouchers).
+ Less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date or if the customer does not show up on that date. A credit note will be issued for the amount of the deposit (except for holiday vouchers).
Exception: No credit notes are available for holiday vouchers.
Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of 250 euros, including:
+ A credit card imprint of 250 euros to cover any damage. The imprint will be canceled if there are no problems after the end-of-stay inventory.
Any damaged item or furniture must be reported to the campsite management. Replacement rates are available upon request.
Cancellation Insurance: (if purchased at the time of booking)
In the event of cancellation of the stay as planned:
Campez Couvert Insurance.
This insurance reimburses the deposit the guest is required to pay in the event of cancellation of their stay, calculated according to our rental conditions. It exclusively covers duly justified cases of force majeure. Contact details of the insurance company with which the cancellation insurance is purchased:

Payments are possible by:

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code concerning the mediation process for consumer disputes, the customer has the right to use the free mediation service offered by SARL CAMPING NAMASTE. The proposed consumer rights mediator is the Consumer & Heritage Mediation (Consumer Mediation & Patrimoine). An entity registered by the CECMC (French Consumer Protection Committee)
