GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
56-pitch campsite, 7-hectare site
1 – How to book?
You must complete the booking contract and return it along with the deposit (30% for rentals + €20 booking fee, or €65 for pitches + €5 booking fee) + cancellation insurance (optional but recommended).
The booking is personal and the contract holder may not sublet or transfer the reservation without the management's consent.
2 – How to pay for your stay?
Upon receiving your booking, we will send you a confirmation showing the remaining balance due, minus the deposit already paid.
The balance must be paid:
For pitches: on the day of arrival
For rentals: 30 days before arrival
Accepted payment methods: bank cheques (not accepted on site), holiday vouchers, postal money order, cash, credit cards.
3 – Early departure / Late arrival
In case of early departure or late arrival, the dates stated on the confirmation will be charged.
If no news is received within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival, the management reserves the right to re-rent the pitch or rental.
4 – Cancellation
All cancellations must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
More than 30 days before arrival: the deposit is retained
Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the stay is due
Booking fees and cancellation insurance are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for shortened stays, interruptions, or unused services.
5 – Cancellation insurance
General conditions attached.
6 – Rentals
Minimum stay: 2 nights in low season, 7 to 11 nights depending on the accommodation in high season.
Arrivals between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Departures:
Low season: between 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
High season: between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
The number of people must not exceed the capacity of the accommodation (4, 5, or 6 people).
Rates include: furnished rental (furniture, crockery), water, gas, electricity, occupancy according to accommodation capacity, and one vehicle parking space.
Not included: booking fees, disposable sheets, household linen, and cleaning.
Security deposit:
A bank imprint will be requested via the secure Swikly platform a few days before arrival.
For rentals:
€280 for general inventory
€90 for cleaning
For pitches:
€15 for the access badge
These amounts are not debited unless there is damage, loss, lack of cleaning, or breach of the rules.
Deposits will be automatically cancelled after your departure, subject to inspection.
For departures outside scheduled hours, the inspection will be carried out by us. In case of issue, you will be contacted before any deductions.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rentals.
7 – General Information
The FFCC campsite rules are posted at the entrance (available at reception on request).
Vehicles: only one vehicle allowed per pitch. A second vehicle must remain in the outside parking area (€2.50 per night).
Visitors: must report to reception with ID and pay the visitor fee.
Swimming pool: for campsite guests only. Swim briefs or fitted swim trunks are mandatory (shorts are not allowed).
Small indoor pool: open from April 5 to October 31
Large pool: open in July and August only
Barbecues: only electric barbecues are allowed (available for rent).
Pets: one pet allowed per rental (category 1 and 2 dogs prohibited). It must be kept on a leash, insured, never left alone, and walked outside the campsite (waste bags required).
The campsite reserves the right to use images in which you may appear for communication purposes.
Mediator:
In case of dispute and after contacting the campsite's customer service, guests may refer the matter to a consumer mediator within one year from the date of written complaint by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
