Flower Campings – General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter GTCS) are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of renting camping pitches and/or rental accommodation within our campsite.
By booking a pitch and/or accommodation at our campsite, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these GTCS.

1/ Services – Prices
We offer bare pitches and rental accommodation for hire.
➢ Bare pitch
A bare pitch is intended for your tent, caravan or motorhome.
The price of your stay is calculated on the basis of a package which necessarily includes: rental of the pitch, accommodation for 2 people, the option of setting up 1 tent with 1 vehicle OR 1 caravan with 1 additional vehicle OR 1 motorhome; and access to reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities and, depending on the package chosen, an electricity connection, as well as other possible options.
You must choose from the following packages:
•Comfort Package: Package with water and electricity.
Additional costs (extra person, extra vehicle, pets, etc.) are not included in the above packages and will be added accordingly.
➢ Rental accommodation
Our prices include the rental of accommodation based on the number of occupants (according to its capacity), water and electricity charges (excluding recharging of electric or hybrid vehicle batteries, which is strictly forbidden in the accommodation), and access to reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities.
A security deposit of €400 will be required upon arrival by cheque or bank card pre-authorisation. It will be returned at the end of your stay, and at the latest within 7 days after departure by post. However, we reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit in case of damage to the accommodation and/or its contents and/or to campsite equipment.
We also reserve the right to deduct the amount of €70 as cleaning fees if the accommodation has not been cleaned upon departure.
➢ Common provisions
Prices are expressed in euros including VAT and do not include the tourist tax.
Regardless of the formula chosen (bare pitch or rental accommodation), additional charges will apply for extra persons, extra vehicles, extra tents, pets, visitors, etc.
Our prices are subject to change depending on economic and commercial conditions. The contractual price due by you is the one indicated on your booking confirmation.
Flower Campings applies dynamic pricing. Prices may therefore fluctuate both upwards and downwards.
Partner benefits and promotions cannot be applied to a booking that has already been confirmed, whether paid in full or in part. They are not retroactive under any circumstances.
Therefore, for the same stay, different customers may pay different prices. Customers who have paid the highest price will not be entitled to any reimbursement of the difference between the amount paid and any promotional price.

2/ Booking Conditions
➢ Booking procedure
You can book via our website www.campingdesiscles.com, the website www.flowercampings.com, by telephone or through various tour operators distributing our campsite.
Any booking request must be accompanied by:
•Payment of a 30% deposit of the total stay price including VAT, covering the cost of booked services and, if applicable, the tourist tax,
•Payment of cancellation insurance contribution, if subscribed.
The booking only becomes contractually valid once you have received a written booking confirmation by email, summarising all details of your stay.
The balance of the stay price, including all booked services with VAT and, if applicable, the tourist tax, must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. Failure to pay the balance by this deadline will result in cancellation of the stay and the application of our cancellation policy (see below).
Any booking made less than 30 days before arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise indicated under more favourable conditions.
➢ No right of withdrawal
According to Article L. 221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services to be provided on a specific date or for a specific period.
➢ Maximum capacity
For safety and insurance reasons, the number of occupants may not exceed the authorised capacity of the accommodation or pitch reserved (1 to 7 persons maximum, depending on capacity), including newborns. If upon arrival we observe that the maximum capacity is exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse access to the booked accommodation or pitch without any refund of the stay price.
➢ Customers – Minors
For safety reasons, unaccompanied minors (not accompanied by parents or grandparents for the entire stay) are not accepted at our campsite, unless prior authorisation has been given by us in writing by email upon your request.

3/ Payment Terms
➢ Accepted payment methods
You may pay for your booking or stay in euros using the following methods:
Cash, bank cheque, ANCV holiday vouchers, ANCV CONNECT, FLOA BANK, bank card, bank transfer, Payline.
However, as an exception, bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the stay must be paid by remote credit card or through our booking system.
➢ Passing trade customers
For pitch stays without reservation (passing trade), you must, upon arrival, pay at least the first night. You must also inform reception of the intended or extended length of stay. The balance must be paid no later than the day before departure, considering reception opening hours. No refund will be made in case of early departure.

4/ Stay
➢ Key collection
For accommodation, keys are handed over from 4:00 p.m. during reception opening hours, depending on daily arrivals. Reception opening hours are available on our website or Google page. Departure must take place by 10:00 a.m. at the latest, after the scheduled inventory inspection.
For bare pitches, arrival is permitted during reception opening hours, depending on the period of stay. Departure must take place by 12:00 noon at the latest.
Requests for a specific pitch or accommodation can only be met depending on availability at the time of arrival.
Any dissatisfaction regarding cleanliness or general condition of the rental must be reported in writing no later than 24 hours after arrival, to allow us to rectify it. No claims will be accepted more than 24 hours after arrival.
Accommodation must be returned in good condition at departure; cleaning must be carried out by you. Otherwise, the campsite reserves the right to charge cleaning fees against your security deposit under Article 1 of these GTCS.
➢ Late arrival and early departure
In case of late arrival or early departure compared with the dates indicated in your booking confirmation, the full stay remains payable. No refund will be granted for the unused part of the stay.
➢ Pets
Dogs and cats – except for category 1 attack dogs and category 2 guard and defence dogs as defined by Law No. 99-5 of 6 January 1999 – are allowed in our campsite (only on pitches and in lodges). Dogs must be kept on a lead within the campsite. Please respect hygiene and the environment of the campsite.
Each animal's health record, including if applicable the passport with proof of vaccinations (especially rabies), must be presented upon arrival. You must also provide proof of microchip or tattoo identification and third-party liability insurance. Exotic pets (NAC) are not permitted.
➢ Internal rules
During your stay, you must comply with the campsite's internal rules, a copy of which is displayed at reception. We will be happy to provide a copy by email upon request.
➢ Image rights
During your stay, we may take photographs and/or videos within the campsite for entertainment and/or communication purposes on any media, in which you or accompanying persons may appear. By finalising your booking, you are deemed to authorise us to use these photos and/or videos for a period of 5 years for the stated purposes. You also guarantee that you have obtained the consent of your companions. Any refusal must be notified in writing.
➢ Unavailability of certain services
Facilities and services we offer (swimming pool, restaurant, activities, entertainment, etc.) may not be available all year round, particularly due to weather conditions or force majeure, or may not operate during certain seasons. They may therefore be temporarily unavailable during part or all of your stay. The campsite will do its best to inform you of any work or improvements scheduled during your stay.
➢ Termination of booking contract for your fault
The booking contract will be automatically terminated in the following cases:
•In the event of repeated breaches (after prior notice sent by email) of the internal rules by you and/or your companions. You must vacate the accommodation or pitch within 3 hours of termination notification, sent by email. No refund will be made.
•In the event of no-show at the campsite within 24 hours of the scheduled start date of the stay, without justification or contact. After 24 hours, we may reallocate the accommodation. Any sums paid will be retained by us without refund.

5/ Modification of Stay
You may request to modify the dates and/or details (type of accommodation) of your stay, provided your request is received by email at least 21 days before the initial arrival date.
You must then rebook another stay within the same season as the original stay, subject to availability and applicable rates. The original stay can only be modified once. If you are unable to honour the substituted stay, it will be treated as a cancellation, and amounts already paid will not be refunded.
If the price of the substituted stay is higher, the difference must be paid at least 30 days before the new arrival date. Otherwise, the substituted stay will be considered cancelled and our cancellation policy will apply. If the substituted stay is cheaper, we will retain the price difference as compensation for the modification.

6/ Cancellation of Stay
➢ Cancellation by you
Any cancellation must be notified in writing on a durable medium (email, registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, etc.).
•If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival: the deposit paid, booking fees, and, if applicable, cancellation insurance remain with the campsite.
•If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival: all amounts paid remain with the campsite.
To obtain compensation, we recommend that you take out cancellation or interruption insurance when booking.
Exceptions:
•If your cancellation is due to living in an area under lockdown measures (preventing travel due to Covid-19) at the start date of your stay, the deposit, booking fees and any cancellation insurance contributions remain with the campsite. Any other sums paid will be credited towards a future stay to be used within the same or following season. This applies even if cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the start date.
•If your cancellation is due to force majeure (unforeseeable, unavoidable and external event), all amounts paid will be refunded.
➢ Cancellation by the campsite
If we are forced to cancel a confirmed booking, you will be notified by email as soon as possible; all sums paid will be fully refunded within 10 days following notification.

7/ Complaints – Disputes
Any complaint relating to a stay must be submitted in writing by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within 20 days following the end of the stay.
In case of dispute and failing an amicable settlement within one month of receipt of your complaint letter, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge, provided the mediator is contacted within one year of your complaint letter.

8/ Personal Data
When making a booking or during your stay, some of your personal data may be collected and processed by us.
When booking via our website or via www.flowercampings.com, data processing conditions are detailed in the Privacy Policy or GTCS that you must accept before confirming your booking.
For bookings by phone or during your stay, the following data may be collected:
•Surname and first name of the person booking,
•Phone number of the person booking,
•Email address of the person booking,
•Date of birth of the person booking and accompanying persons.
Data is collected and processed based on:
•Your consent,
•The necessity to perform the booking contract.
Only we and the company Flower (SAS with capital of €92,500, registered with RCS Toulouse under no. 492 355 508, with registered office at Les Espaces de Balma 4-5, 16 avenue Charles de Gaulle, 31130 BALMA) have access to this data.
Data processing purposes:
•Execution of the booking contract,
•Management of complaints,
•Maintenance of client files,
•Commercial prospecting by us and/or Flower,
•Accounting management.
Data is kept for the duration necessary to fulfil the booking contract, and for 5 years after the end of the stay, unless a dispute is ongoing, in which case data will be retained until the dispute is resolved.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, each person has the following rights: access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), objection, restriction of processing, portability, and the right to define post-mortem instructions for their data.
Any person may object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of their data.
To exercise these rights, letters must be sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to:
