These general terms and conditions of sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all bookings of accommodations and temporary pitches made with Camping La Nouvelle Croze, operated by SARL LNC CAMPING, by its customers.
In accordance with Article L.113-3 of the French Consumer Code and the provisions of the French Tourism Code, these general terms and conditions are made available and communicated to every client, who must read them prior to any booking, under their sole responsibility.
The validation of a booking by the client implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
As these terms may be subject to later modification, the applicable version is the one in force on the date the booking contract is concluded.
Service provider details:
SARL LNC CAMPING, a limited liability company with share capital of €10,000, registered with the RCS of PÉRIGUEUX under number 834 868 325, whose registered office is located at Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin (24580), represented by its current Manager.
Booking
Clients may book a pitch or an accommodation unit (such as a mobile home) in one of the following ways:
– through the campsite’s website: www.lanouvellecroze.com;
– or by telephone, followed by written confirmation (email or post) within 24 hours of the call.
It is the client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of their booking and immediately report any error to Camping La Nouvelle Croze.
The booking will be considered final only after confirmation of acceptance by Camping La Nouvelle Croze and receipt of the deposit and any applicable booking fees, whether or not a personalized quote has been issued.
Rental of accommodations (mobile homes) is by the week only, from Saturday to Saturday, during July and August. Pitches may be rented on a nightly basis.
SARL LNC CAMPING reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking from a customer with whom there is an outstanding payment dispute.
Any booking made through third-party intermediaries will not be governed by these terms and conditions.
Right of Withdrawal
Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the legal right of withdrawal for distance selling does not apply to accommodation services.
Prices
The accommodations and pitches offered by Camping La Nouvelle Croze are provided at the current rates displayed at the campsite reception, on the website lanouvellecroze.com, or according to a quote issued by the service provider.
Prices may vary during the season, and the rate applicable will be the one in effect at the time of booking.
All prices are inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
Prices may be adjusted, within legal limits, in the event of changes to applicable VAT rates between booking and final payment.
The tourist tax is not included and must be paid on site. It is set by the local authorities and fully remitted to the local tourism office.
An eco-contribution of €0.35 per person is applied to all stays, supporting environmental and sustainability projects.
Optional services are charged in addition to base prices.
A booking fee of €18 applies to all reservations, unless a temporary promotional offer specifies otherwise.
Payment Terms
Deposit
A booking becomes final only after payment of the required deposit.
For accommodation or pitch bookings, the deposit amounts to 25% of the total stay price (excluding booking fees and optional cancellation cover).
For special offers booked less than one month before arrival, full payment (100%) may be required.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at Camping La Nouvelle Croze.
SARL LNC CAMPING reserves the right to suspend or cancel any service in the event of non-payment of the balance, applying the same indemnity rules as stated under “Cancellation by the Client”.
Security Deposit
Upon arrival, clients must provide a €200 security deposit via pre-authorization, and a €90 cleaning deposit (as part of the cleaning fee policy).
Deposits are refunded after the departure inspection, without the need for an entry inventory.
Refusal to provide a deposit may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
Accepted Payment Methods
Deposits may be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or cheque payable to “Camping La Nouvelle Croze.”
Final balances may be paid by cash, credit card, or French holiday vouchers (ANCV).
Cancellation by the Client
Any cancellation must be made by email or post as soon as possible.
Depending on when the cancellation occurs, compensation will be due as follows:
More than 30 days before arrival: the deposit is retained but may be used toward another stay within one year.
Between 29 and 21 days before arrival: the deposit is retained, plus 60% of the remaining stay amount (excluding VAT).
Between 20 and 7 days before arrival: the deposit is retained, plus 80% of the remaining stay amount (excluding VAT).
Less than 7 days before arrival: the full price (excluding VAT) is due.
Interrupted or shortened stays (late arrival or early departure) are non-refundable.
In the event of force majeure or government measures preventing the stay, no refund will be issued, but postponement options may be offered.
Clients who have subscribed to the optional cancellation coverage may be exempt from cancellation fees, under the conditions described below.
Optional Cancellation Coverage
This optional service may be subscribed at the time of booking only and entitles the client to waive cancellation penalties if certain events occur, including:
Medical events: serious illness, accident, or death of the client, spouse, child, or parent.
Professional events: job loss, transfer, or changes in approved vacation dates.
Material events: serious damage to the client’s main residence or vehicle.
Rates: €34 per week for accommodations, €14 per week for pitches.
Requests must be supported by appropriate documentation and sent within a reasonable time.
Refunds (if applicable) are made within 14 working days after receipt of valid documentation.
Booking and cancellation option fees remain non-refundable.
Check-in and Check-out
Accommodation check-in: from 3:00 p.m. – check-out: before 10:00 a.m.
Pitch check-in: from 12:00 p.m. – check-out: before 12:00 p.m.
Clients must notify the campsite in case of late arrival.
If no notice is given within 24 hours after the scheduled arrival time, the booking may be cancelled without refund.
No refund will be made for unused nights or early departures.
In such cases, the cancellation option does not apply.
Transfer of Booking
In accordance with Articles L.211-11 and R.211-7 of the French Tourism Code, the client may transfer their booking to another person by notifying the campsite at least 7 days before the start of the stay and providing the transferee’s name and address.
The transferee is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Campsite Rules
Clients must comply with the internal rules of Camping La Nouvelle Croze, available at any time and upon arrival.
Additional Services
Pets are allowed on-site if kept on a leash, tattooed, and vaccinated.
Fees apply: €7.50/night for accommodations, €2.00/night for pitches.
The optional cleaning service covers only partial cleaning; basic cleaning must still be done by the client before departure.
Visitors are welcome upon payment of a visitor fee of €7.00 per day.
Protection of Personal Data
SARL LNC CAMPING – Camping La Nouvelle Croze, located at La Nouvelle Croze, 24580 Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin-de-Reilhac (France), is responsible for the processing of clients’ personal data in connection with booking and stay management.
Data is collected for the following purposes:
managing reservations and billing,
pre- and post-stay communication,
compliance with legal obligations (including accounting and guest registers),
improving services.
Processing is based on:
the performance of the booking contract,
compliance with legal obligations,
the legitimate interest of the campsite in managing customer relations,
and the client’s consent for marketing communications.
Data is retained only for the time strictly necessary to achieve these purposes:
5 years after the end of stay for booking data,
10 years for accounting data,
3 years after last contact for marketing data.
Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel of SARL LNC CAMPING and its technical service providers (booking software, hosting, payment providers). No data is transferred outside the European Union.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), clients have the following rights: access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection on legitimate grounds, and data portability.

Unresolved complaints may be referred to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
SARL LNC CAMPING ensures the confidentiality and security of all personal data entrusted to it.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms and any related transactions are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the French version of these terms shall prevail.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts under ordinary jurisdiction rules.
If the client is a business, jurisdiction shall lie with the Commercial Court of Périgueux.
In accordance with Article L.211-3 of the French Consumer Code, clients may refer disputes to a mediation service, such as MÉDIATION TOURISME ET VOYAGE (MTV), or use any alternative dispute resolution method.
Acceptance by the Client
The client acknowledges having been informed, prior to booking, of these terms and all the information listed in Article L.221-5 of the French Consumer Code.
Booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and an obligation to pay for the reserved services.
