GENERAL SALES’ CLAUSES
1/ The contract must be filled in and signed, it must be sent with a deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay and booking fees.
2/ Booking fees have to be added to the deposit, they are neither deductible from the invoice, nor repayable in case of cancellation.
3/ The rental becomes final when the client receives our confirmation note giving agreement to the requested dates and confirming receipt of the deposit.
4/ No specific site can be guaranteed, the sites and rentals are allocated according to the order in which the final contracts are received.
5/ Any stay started shall be paid in full. No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure.
6/ Any notice of cancellation must be sent by letter or e-mail. For cancellations notified more than 2 months before the holiday date, the whole deposit will be returned less the booking fees. For cancellations notified less than 2 months before the holiday date, none of the deposit will be returned. For cancellations notified less than 1 month before the holiday date, the full amount for the stay will be retained.
7/ Renting a site : the balance of your stay must be paid on arrival at the camp site, sites are rented from 2pm to midday. For safety reasons, it is forbidden to load your car on your camping site.
8/ Renting accommodation: the balance of the stay must be paid 1 month before your arrival.
Accommodation is rented from 5pm on the day of arrival until 10 am maximum on the day of departure.
2 deposits will be requested from you on your arrival : 200 € as a guarantee against damage to items and 70 € for keeping the premises clean.
The arrival inventory is made and signed by yourself. We check the inventory with you when you leave. You shall do the final cleaning and it will be checked when you leave.
Management reserves the right to use the bond money to pay for cleaning up and replacing objects. Except standard facilities to all accommodations, each chalet/mobil-home has its own facility.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to load your car on your chalet / lodge tent site.
9/ Everyone must follow the camping ground's in-house regulations.
One bracelet per person will be provided upon your arrival, it must be worn during your stay.
10/ Your details will be kept unless you specify otherwise
11/ Cancellation : The campsite Le Parc des Sérigons proposes you optional Cancellation and Interruption insurance in your rental contract. Our partner Neat will refund all or part of the stay only to customers that have purchased Campez Couvert insurance. In case of cancellation, please notify the campsite of your cancellation as soon as an event occurs that prevents your departure, by letter or by email. If the claim is covered in the general conditions (available at www.neat.eu/ or from the campsite), please notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents.
12/ In the event of a dispute, the courts of Gap alone shall be competent.
