Conditions of reservation
How to reserve ?
Fill the contract camping-caravaning or rents and return it by : mail or e-mail, with your instalment. The instalment is 30% of total amount. You must pay also 20 € for administration costs.
However these expenses are free if you reserve on line.
Payment of the stay :
After receipt of your signed contract, your instalment, and 20 € administration costs, we will send you a confirmation of reservation in function of available places.
The balance of the stay is to be regulated under the following conditions:
Camping-caravaning : the day before your departure.
Rents : at later six weeks before the date of arrival. At the end of this period, if we did not receive your payment, we will regard your reservation as cancelled and the conditions of cancellation hereafter will be apply.
Tourist tax: 0,45€ per person/per day as from 18 years
Cancellation - Refund
Camping - caravaning: More 30 days before your date of arrival, only the administration costs will be retained. Between the 30th day before your date of arrival and the day of your arrival, administration costs and the instalment will be retained.
Rents : More than 6 weeks before your day of arrival, administration costs and the instalment will be retained. Between 6 weeks before your date of arrival and the day of your arrival, administration costs and the total of your stay will be retained
Delay of arrival
In case of a delay of arrival, the camping site will stay available for another 48 hours after expected date of arrival and the instalment stays under the responsibility of the management.
Situation of site
For the rents…
A deposit of € 300 will be asked for: payment by cash. This will be returned on the day of your departure after a control of the site between 8 am and 10 am.
On your day of departure you have to clean the site. € 60 will be detained if the site is not as clean as it should be.
For the campsite.…
We shall be pleased if you could keep your site during your stay as clean as you found it on your day of arrival.
Indeed, for everyone's well-being, we do our best – daily – to keep the camping as clean as possible.
