General Conditions for Pitch Reservations Rental conditions: .
The tenant accepts the pitch as it is. The campsite cannot be held respon§|ble for any damage
caused by falling branches, bad weather, broken glass, theft, or natural disasters.
Occupation period:
The pitch is available on the scheduled day after 1 p.m. It must be vacated on the day of departure before 10 a.m.
Deposit:
A reservation is confirmed only after payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay, plus a non-refundable €3 booking fee.
Early departure: .
In the event of early departure, the full amount is due up to the final day stated on the booking contract. Thank you for your understanding!
Balance:
The remaining balance must be paid one month before arrival.
Cancellation policy:
All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail or email). Telephone messages will not be accepted.
For cancellations received within 30 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded, except in cases of force majeure and excluding the booking fee.
Force majeure includes: serious illness, serious accident, or death affecting you, your spouse,
children, parents, brothers or sisters; economic redundancy; accident or theft of your vehicle
and/or caravan occurring during the direct journey to the campsite.
Noise:
All guests must respect the campsite rules and refrain from making noise between 10 p.m. and 8am.
Pets:
Dogs and cats are accepted if kept on a leash and vaccinated (certificate required). They must

immediately and properly disposed of. Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.
Maximum occupancy:
Pitches are limited to 6 people maximum. Beyond that, a second pitch must be reserved.

Household waste must be disposed of in the recycling bins located near reception.
Swimming pools:
Wearing shorts or Bermuda shorts is strictly prohibited in the pool. Proper swimwear is required. Pools are non-smoking areas. pee v
General Conditions for Mobile Home and “Coco Sweet” Rentals Rental period:
Minimum stay of 2 nights outside July and August. In July and August, a minimum of 7 nights, from Saturday 3 p.m. to the following Saturday at 10 a.m. at the latest.
Linen:
Mobile homes are fully equipped, including water, electricity, kitchenware, tableware, duvets, and pillows. Please bring your own sheets, towels, dishcloths, and other linens.
Arrival:
Please check in at the reception desk with your booking confirmation. The keys to your accommodation will then be handed to you.
Security deposit:
A €80 deposit (cash or card) is required upon arrival. It covers cleaning and ensures the accommodation is left in perfect condition. The deposit will be refunded within 8 days after departure, following inspection (between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.), minus any costs for damage or cleaning if necessary.
If departure occurs outside reception hours, the inspection will be carried out unilaterally.
Inventory:
An inventory list is provided. Please check it upon arrival and report any discrepancies the same day at reception.
Cleaning:
The mobile home must be returned perfectly clean inside and around the immediate area.
Cleaning costs of €80 or more will apply if needed.
