General Information: altitude 320 m, located 6 km from St. Antonin Noble Val and the Aveyron River, on the causse in a forest of oaks.
In the event of a dispute, only the Tribunal of Montauban (Tarn-et-Garonne) shall have jurisdiction.
The campsite is reserved for transient customers in accordance with Article 2 of the decree of January 11, 1993.
The reservation becomes effective only upon agreement from the campsite, after receiving a 25% deposit of the stay and accepting the general terms and conditions of sale during the online or email reservation.
Reservations only bind the campsite if they have been accepted by the campsite, which is free to accept or refuse them based on availability and, in general, any circumstances that may hinder the execution of the reservation. The campsite offers stays intended for traditional family-oriented purposes, and the accommodations are specifically designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to refuse any reservation that goes against this principle or seeks to circumvent it.
The reservation of a camping pitch or rental accommodation is strictly personal. You may not sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Camping Pitch
The basic package includes the pitch for a tent, caravan, or motorhome for 1 or 2 people, access to sanitary facilities, and reception facilities.
Rental Accommodation
Rental accommodations are equipped. The basic package is for 4 to 6 people depending on the type of rental.
The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite for groups or families arriving with a number of participants exceeding the capacity of the rented accommodation.
RATES AND TOURIST TAX
The prices indicated are valid for the current year. They correspond to a nightly rate for pitches and a weekly rate, and are in euros, including VAT.
The tourist tax is €0.50 per night per person over 18 years of age. Eco taxes are €0.30 per person per night.
PAYMENT TERMS
For reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a 25% deposit of the reserved services must be paid upon reservation at the campsite. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay at the campsite.
For reservations made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the full payment must be made at the time of reservation at the campsite.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
Modification of Your Reservation
Modifications to your reservation can be made free of charge, subject to availability at the campsite.
In the absence of a message from you indicating a change in your arrival date, the accommodation may become available for sale again 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned in the contract, and as a result, you will lose the benefit of your reservation.
Unused Services
Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) on your part will not give rise to a refund.
Cancellation
The reservation can be canceled free of charge within 7 days following the reservation date, except for reservations made within 6 weeks before the arrival date.
50% of the total amount will be charged in case of cancellation between 7 days after the reservation date and 6 weeks before the arrival date.
75% of the total amount will be charged in case of cancellation between 6 weeks before the arrival date and 1 week before the arrival date.
The full amount of the stay will be charged in case of cancellation between 1 week before the arrival date and the arrival itself.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, payments made will not be refunded.
Any cancellation must be communicated by registered letter.
Remember to take out cancellation insurance for added security.
YOUR STAY
Arrival
Arrival days vary depending on the period (please inquire directly with the campsite).
Rental accommodations: On the day of your arrival at the campsite, you will be welcomed from 3:00 PM, after the inventory has been carried out. When you receive the keys to your accommodation, a deposit of €100 will be required.
During Your Stay
It is the camper's responsibility to ensure safety. The campsite disclaims all liability in case of theft, fire, inclement weather, and incidents falling under the camper's civil liability. All customers must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations. Each registered camper is responsible for any disturbances and nuisances caused by the people staying with them or visiting them.
Departure
Rental accommodations: On the day of departure indicated in your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM. The accommodation must be returned in perfect cleanliness condition, and the inventory will be checked. Any broken or damaged items will be at your expense, as well as any necessary restoration work. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay after deducting any damages identified in the final inventory. The withholding of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation if the costs exceed the amount of the deposit. If the departure takes place outside the reception opening hours and without our control, we will refund the deposit by bank transfer. Please fill out the form provided in your accommodation.
For any delayed departure, an additional day may be charged at the current nightly rate.
PETS
Pets are allowed in the campsite (one pet per rental accommodation, except for lodges) upon payment of a fee at the time of reservation, except for dogs of the 1st and 2nd category. When allowed, pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
They are not allowed near the swimming pools, in food shops, and in buildings. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date. A fee of €10 per pet will be applied for additional cleaning due to the presence of the animal.
DISPUTE
This information will be considered confidential by the campsite. They will be used solely by the campsite's internal services for the processing of your order and to enhance and personalize communication. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose personal data concerning you. To exercise this right, simply send us a request by mail to the campsite's address, indicating your name, first name, and address.
EXCERPT FROM THE INTERNAL REGULATIONS:
It is posted at the entrance and at the reception of the campsite. Thank you for reading it. Every customer must comply with the campsite's internal regulations. Failure to comply with the regulations may result in expulsion from the campsite without any refund of the stay.
Rules of Life in the Campsite: The use of sound devices must not be audible beyond the perimeter of each pitch. From 11:00 PM onwards, everyone must respect their neighbors' right to rest.
Traffic: Vehicle circulation is limited to 10 km/h and is prohibited in the campsite between 10:30 PM and 7:30 AM. Every person present in the campsite must behave responsibly.
Visitors: To preserve the campsite's tranquility, your friends can only visit you on foot from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM. Visitors must go to the reception to provide identification and pay the applicable fee. They will then have access to the external parking lot located in front of the campsite.
Swimming Pool, Slide, and Children's Play Areas Regulations:
The aquatic area is strictly reserved for campsite customers, excluding visitors. Minor children must be accompanied by an adult within the aquatic area. Showering is mandatory.
Wearing a bathing suit is mandatory for everyone: shorts, boxers, and board shorts are prohibited. Individuals who do not comply with the regulations will be expelled from the pool and the campsite if they refuse to comply with hygiene rules.
