General Rental Terms and Conditions

Reservation:
The reservation will be effective after the deposit (30% of the total stay + booking fees) is received, according to the availability of our rentals and upon receipt of our written confirmation. The reservation is nominative and cannot be sublet or transferred to a third party. Any modification to the contract that could lead to changes in the rental fees, either increasing or decreasing, must be reported and will only be effective after the manager's approval. In case of false declaration, the contract will be terminated by right and the amounts paid will remain with the campsite. Please respect the number and identity of the people intended for your accommodation; under no circumstances should rentals be occupied by a higher number of people or by individuals other than those indicated in the reservation contract. In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, seasonal rentals are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Once the reservation is confirmed and the contract is signed, the tenant does not have the usual withdrawal period granted for remote purchases. The owner disclaims all responsibility in case of loss or theft of personal items, or damage that may occur to holidaymakers or their property during their stay.
Note: Minors not accompanied by their parents will not be admitted.

Balance of Stay:
The balance of the stay must be paid 15 days before your arrival date. Upon receipt of the balance, a stay confirmation will be sent to you. If you book less than 15 days before your arrival, the full stay must be paid at the time of booking. Note: No payment reminders will be sent. If the balance is not paid within the specified time, the rental will be considered automatically canceled, and all amounts paid will remain with the campsite. The invoice for your stay will be provided on the day of your departure.

Payment Methods:
Accompanied by the signed reservation contract: by bank check, bank transfer (IBAN: FR76 1660 7000 5168 1216 7734 151, BIC Code: CCBPFRPPPPG), ANCV paper holiday vouchers and ANCV connect, or by credit card (16 digits + expiration date + security code) for phone or internet reservations.

Rates, Tourist Tax & Eco Participation
They include:

For bare pitches: A bare pitch for your tent, caravan, or camper. The price of your stay is calculated from a package that necessarily includes the rental of the pitch, the possibility for 2 people to stay, to install 1 tent with 1 vehicle, OR 1 caravan with an additional vehicle OR 1 camper; and access to reception facilities, entertainment, and sanitary facilities and, depending on the chosen package, an electrical hookup, and possibly other options. You must select one of the following packages:
Nature Package: Pitch without electricity
Comfort Package: Nature Package with electricity
Grand Comfort Package: Large pitch with water, electricity, and drainage on the pitch.
The supply of water and electricity is for the stay only (the recharging of electric or hybrid vehicles is not included and is prohibited on the pitch). Extra charges (extra person, extra vehicle, pets, etc.) are not included in the above packages and will be added to them.

For accommodations: The rental of the accommodation (for the indicated number of people, with a baby counting as one person), the supply of water, electricity, and gas (the recharging of electric or hybrid vehicles is not included and is prohibited), access to pools (from June 1 to September 15), playgrounds, shared sanitary facilities, some activities… Note: Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch. A second vehicle can park in the free private exterior parking.
They do not include:

Booking fees, cancellation insurance,
Tourist tax and eco-participation,
Extras such as pets, linen and towel rental, TV rental, end-of-stay cleaning, some activities, various rentals (bikes, etc.),
Security deposits.
Security Deposits:
A security deposit between €60 and €200, depending on your accommodation, will be requested upon arrival, to ensure the return of the accommodation in good condition and perfectly clean. The deposit can be made before your arrival via the SWIKLY portal or on the day of your arrival. Upon arrival, you will be given an inspection sheet to fill out and return to reception within 24 hours. On the day of departure, please follow the instructions (clean, defrost and clean the refrigerator, clean and dry dishes, etc.). During your stay, you will need to make an appointment for the exit inspection. A campsite staff member will check your accommodation, and the deposits will be returned to you.

Miscellaneous: BBQ, Pets, Playgrounds, Photography…

BBQs are allowed.
Cats are prohibited.
Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited. Pets are accepted in some rentals for a fee. When allowed, they must be kept on a leash at all times and never left alone. They are prohibited near pools and in all buildings. Vaccination records for dogs must be up-to-date.
We may photograph you and your family for advertising purposes. If you do not wish this, please notify us by registered mail before your arrival.
Excerpts from the Internal Regulations

All renters agree to respect the campsite's internal regulations, using the rental without causing damage or disturbing the tranquility of the campsite.
Pool: Children must be accompanied by an adult. The pool is exclusively reserved for our guests. Swim shorts are strictly prohibited in the pool area, and swimwear is mandatory. It is strictly forbidden to drink, eat, or smoke within the pool area, under penalty of expulsion from the campsite.
Silence: The speed limit for motor vehicles is 10 km/h, and traffic is prohibited between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM (the barrier is closed during these hours). The use of sound devices should not be audible beyond the perimeter of each pitch. From 11:00 PM, everyone must respect their neighbors' right to rest.
Delayed Arrival - Early Departure
The campsite manager must be notified in writing (email or mail) of any delay in your arrival, to keep your pitch or accommodation. Without news from you 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date, the manager reserves the right to allocate the intended pitch or accommodation to someone else. There is no refund or reduction in the case of delayed arrival or early departure, whatever the reasons. The full payment of the reserved days and/or nights is due in full to the campsite.

Cancellation Guarantee
No refund of the amounts paid will be possible if you do not subscribe to the Cancellation Guarantee. We recommend subscribing to the cancellation guarantee we offer: 4% of the reservation amount. The cancellation guarantee must be paid in full at the time of booking the stay and is non-refundable. The cancellation guarantee ensures a refund without justification of the entire amount of the reservation paid (excluding booking fees and cancellation guarantee) for any cancellation requested up to 8 days before the start date of your stay. Less than 8 days before the start date, the guarantee becomes void.

Bloctel Device
In accordance with current regulations, we inform our customers that our company adheres to the Bloctel device. Bloctel is a free service for managing opposition lists to telephone solicitation, allowing consumers to register for free on an opposition list to avoid being solicited by professionals with whom they do not have an ongoing contractual relationship. As a consumer, you can register on this Bloctel list to protect yourself against unwanted phone solicitations. Complaints or Disputes
Any complaints related to a stay must be submitted in writing and sent to us by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 20 days following the end of the stay. In case of dispute and if no amicable solution is found within one month of receiving the aforementioned complaint letter, you can resort to a consumer mediator free of charge, provided you contact them within one year following the sending of your complaint letter.
