GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Validity of rates
These general terms and conditions of sale are accepted by the customer, after validation by the latter, at the time of booking, by ticking the box I accept the GTCS.
The prices indicated on the campsite's website are expressed in VAT (all taxes included).
The VAT applied is the one in force with a rate of 10%.
The booking fee and the amount of the tourist tax are not included in the price of the stay.
The tourist tax is to be paid on site, on arrival, according to the rates in force of the municipality.
The balance of your stay must be paid as soon as you arrive at the opening of the reception from 4:30 pm in low season and 4 pm in July/August
Current promotions cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Payment conditions
Any firm reservation must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the stay, including the reservation fees and any options.
A confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt of the deposit, summarizing the total amount of your stay, tourist tax not included.
The reservation is strictly personal and cannot be sublet or transferred under any circumstances.
The methods of payment accepted on site are credit card, holiday vouchers, cash.
An early departure or a late arrival will not give rise to any refund, the entire stay remains due.
Minors not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians may only be admitted under certain conditions :
1.The presence of the legal representative or support structure upon arrival;
2.The signing of the clearance certificate between the campsite manager or his representative and the legal representative or the accompanying structure;
3.And the authorization justifying the precise reasons (internship periods, employment contract, etc.).
Only registered persons are allowed to occupy their allocated space. Any person, apart from the registered clientele, will be considered a visitor and must be registered at the reception.
The customer is required to comply with the campsite's internal rules (posted at the reception or on the website). In the event of non-compliance with the latter, the campsite manager or his representative is entitled to exclude him from the campsite.
Campsites
The basic package includes:
1.2 people (duo pack), 1 person (solo pack), 1 or 2 people (cyclo touring pack), a family (family pack 2 adults and a child under 10 years old), second child and more free, the ACSI rate on presentation of the card and or validation of the reservation on the ACSI website or application, FFCC card the -20% discount in low season applies on your arrival and invoicing of the balance of your stay on presentation of the map
2.The pitch for tent, caravan + vehicle or motorhome
3.The space for 1 vehicle (which must be parked on the visitor pitch or car park)
4.Access to sanitary facilities and sewage disposal
•Access to recreational services and facilities.
Maximum capacity of people per pitch: 6 people maximum (including children).
Maximum capacity of the equipment per pitch: 3 tents + 1 vehicle or 1 caravan and 1 small tent + 1 vehicle or 1 motorhome and 1 small tent
You will be assigned a pitch, depending on the selected category and availability.
During your stay, it will not be possible to change pitches, except in exceptional cases and with the agreement of the campsite manager or his representative.
You have booked, you can use the pitch from 11:30 am. Your pitch number will be indicated on the reception board and the pitch will be marked by a stake
If you have not booked, you can have a pitch from 2.30 pm. You can choose your pitch outside the reserved pitch numbers indicated on the reception board and occupied by furniture or a stake.
On the day of your departure, the pitches must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. at the latest.
Exceeding the hours will result in the charging of an additional night.
Your pitch must be returned clean and free of litter.
The current of the electrical terminals is 10 amperes (2200 watts) according to European standards.
The customer connects to the terminal with his own equipment. We lend adapters against a deposit of 40 euros at the reception.
E-bikes are allowed to be recharged on the campsite. Electric cars or trucks must be charged at the terminals reserved for this purpose by the local authority (see city map at the reception or at the tourist office).
Cancellation of the stay without cancellation guarantee
Any cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing (registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by email) to the establishment.
Proof will be requested in the event of force majeure (death, illness or accident) and will remain at the discretion of the campsite manager or his representative.
Cancellation by the customer may result in a refund depending on the date on which it occurs:
1.Cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the stay: Refund of the sums paid except for the booking fee
2.Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the start of the stay: Invoicing of the full amount of the deposit paid.
3.Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the stay: Invoicing of the full amount of the stay.
Cancellation of the stay with cancellation guarantee (see CF : CAMPEZ COUVERT)
The customer has taken out the insurance offered. Subject to compliance with contractual obligations, this allows you to obtain a refund of the sums paid (reservation fees and subscription to cancellation cover deducted). All these reasons for cancellation must be communicated by registered letter accompanied by all the necessary documents stating the facts (expert report, report from the police authorities, summons, medical or death certificate, employer's letter, etc.) as soon as they occur and at the latest within 3 working days of the incident or event.
Go to the déclare.fr insurance website or contact the number. Keep your credentials.
The so-called comfort reasons (weather reasons for example) are not admissible. You will be asked for proof.
Responsibilities
The Château campsite cannot be held responsible in the event of an accident, injury, irregularity, loss or theft of personal belongings or luggage. It is the customer's responsibility to insure himself to cover accidents or incidents relating to civil liability.
Pets
Pets are allowed on the campsite with an extra charge payable at the time of booking (see Options). Dogs of the 1st and 2nd categories are strictly forbidden within the campsite.
On the campground, all owners remain in control of their animal(s). The owner is held civilly liable for damage caused by his animal.
Owners must keep on a leash and be able to present their up-to-date vaccination record. It is forbidden to leave the animal at the campsite, even if it is locked up, in the absence of its owner. The animal must relieve itself on the natural areas outside the campsite, in case of an accident you must pick up the droppings and deposit them in the composters.
Litigation and Mediator
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 1612-1 of the Consumer Code, any customer of the campsite has the right to have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute between him and the operator of the campsite. In the event of difficulties arising in the execution of the internal regulations, the rental contract or as a result of its termination for any reason whatsoever, and if no amicable solution can put an end to the dispute, the courts will have sole jurisdiction.
