Article C.1:
The current contract has been proposed by Camping Le Renom, based at F 01540 Vonnas, managed and administrated by the la Veyle Community of Communes acting as a territorial collectivity. Prefectoral rating: 4 stars.

Article C.2: Length of the stay
The length of the stay is agreed for the dates specified in the current contract. Any extension must be made the subject of an additional agreement.
Article C.3: Responsibility
The Camp Site offering the use of the services agreed upon in the current contract is the sole interlocutor for this user and shall be accountable for the execution of the obligations arising from the conditions of sale herein. The Camp Site and the territorial collectivity on which it depends can not be held responsible in the case of unforeseeable circumstances or of force majeure or on the part of any external person during the stay.
Article C.4: Confirmation of stay
You have a period of 10 days to confirm your stay with us by returning this contract to us signed and accompanied by the sum of the deposit indicated, which corresponds at most to 25% of the total cost of the stay. Your reservation will be definitive upon the reception of your contract and deposit by our offices. Confirmation of receipt will be sent to you.
Article C.5: Services and prices
The stay contract specifies the dates of the stay, the services provided, and their respective prices as indicated in our conditions of sale.
Supplementary services will be subject to on-site payment during or at the end of the stay.
•The “comfort” plot bundle includes:
The setup of a tent, caravan, or camper van within the bounds of 1/3 of the surface of the plot. Your vehicle on the plot.
The provision of electricity to 16 amperes. Water and wastewater connections. Access to the supervised beach. Entertainment for adults and children provided in the camping site programme during peak season.
•The “simple” plot bundle includes:
The same services as above without electricity, and without either the provision or removal of water.
•The plot bundle does not include:
Day visitors who must pay per activity.
Night visitors who must pay the camping fee.
Access to different activities or specific entertainment.
Article C.6: Paying for the stay and means of payment
You can pay for your stay as follows:
1 payment of a deposit upon signing the current contract.
The balance for the stay must be paid, at the latest, on the day before departure.
Non-payment of the deposit before the date agreed will lead to the stay being cancelled, entailing the application of Article C.4 of the current contract.
Article C.7: Payment methods
The various payments can be made by cheque, postal cheque, bank card, holiday cheques, money order, or in cash.
Payments from abroad can be carried out by bank transfer or international money order.
Article C.8: Changing the dates of your stay
A delayed arrival or interruption of the stay does not provide reason for any reduction or reimbursement.
Any non-indicated within a period fo 24 hours after the arrival date can lead to an assumed cancellation of the stay on your part.
Article C. 9: Withdrawal period
In conformance with Article L. 121-22-8 of the French Consumer's Code, you do not have the right to withdraw.
In fact, the right to withdraw cannot be exercised for contracts with the (particular) object of providing accommodation services.
Article C.10: Cancellation by the customer
You must provide notification by registered letter with confirmation of receipt of any cancellation on your part.
Any non-indicated within a period fo 24 hours after the arrival date will lead to a cancellation on your part.
Non-conformance with the balance payment deadlines will lead to a cancellation on your part.
In the case of a cancellation on your part, as a severance payment we will retain or oblige you to pay:
•A sum corresponding to 5% of the complete cost of the stay + reservation fees, if you cancel more than 30 days before the date of the start of the stay.
•A sum corresponding to the complete cost of the stay if you cancel less than 30 days before the date of the start of the stay, during the stay, or if you do not present yourself within 24 hours following the intended date of your arrival.
Article C.11: Cancellation insurance
It is recommended that you take our cancellation and interruption insurance from: CampezCouvert.
You can take this out when you make your reservation on the Camping Site's internet site.
The insurance premium must be paid in full upon reserving the stay and is non-refundable.
In the event of a disaster you must: Follow the procedure of the complete general insurance conditions.
