Welcome to Les Sapins de Corrèze!

We are delighted to welcome you to our Small Nature Campsite in Corrèze. To ensure your stay goes smoothly and without any unpleasant surprises, please read these general terms and conditions of stay and the house rules. Your stay implies full acceptance of them.

1/ Reservation and Payment

Reservation methods:
- Online
- By phone
- By email

Validation and Payment:
- Pitches: Your reservation is confirmed upon acceptance by us.
Payment Amount for Stay:
< 3 days upon arrival at Reception
> 3 days the day before departure at Reception before it closes.

- Rentals: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. The balance is due 15 days before the arrival date.

A confirmation email detailing your stay will be sent to you at each stage. The reservation is neither transferable nor subletable without the campsite's written consent.

2/ Arrival Conditions

Hours:
- Camping pitches: check-in from 2 p.m., check-out by 12 p.m.
Late arrivals from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., subject to 48 hours' notice, are subject to a surcharge (€4 in low season and €8 in high season).
After 9:30 p.m., arrivals are postponed until 10 a.m. the following morning.

- Rentals (Chalets, Bungalows & Furnished Tents): check-in from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Late arrivals from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., subject to 48 hours' notice, are subject to a surcharge based on the type of accommodation booked – see price list.
After 9:30 p.m., arrival will be postponed until 10:00 a.m. the following morning, with no refund for the unused night for rental accommodations.
Departure between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. in low season and between 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. in high season.

Any departure beyond the departure time will result in an additional night's charge for the campsite and the next guest, as compensation.

Number and identification of participants:
- Must correspond to the reservation, with the contractual maximum strictly adhered to.
- Any no-show without proof = reservation canceled, amount forfeited to the campsite.

3/ Cancellation / Early Departure / Refund

Early Departure:
- Pitches: unused nights refunded.
- Rental accommodation: no refund, unless cancellation insurance is purchased (via Meetch).

Cancellation:
- Pitches: full refund, no amount due.
- Rentals without cancellation insurance:
Cancellation <30 days: 30% deposit non-refundable
Cancellation <15 days: deposit and balance non-refundable
- Bad weather during low season: possibility of postponing the stay
- Rentals with cancellation insurance: refund subject to presentation of proof

Cancellation by the campsite: full refund of amounts paid.

4/ Insurance
Cancellation insurance can be purchased through the campsite. Check your VISA/MASTERCARD cards for any coverage already included.

5/ Rental Deposits
- Equipped tents: €100 (cleaning and equipment)
- Chalets-Bungalows: €200 (cleaning and equipment)
- Entry inventory carried out by you independently
- Deposit returned after joint inventory and payment of your bill
In the event of damage: Claims assessment if damage > the deposit amount; a higher amount will be requested pending the exact assessment.
- Cleaning option = dishes and waste not included.
- Liability insurance is recommended. - The security deposit must be provided by an adult resident of the rental property by bank transfer or cash.

6/ Pets
- Maximum 4 per pitch - 1 or 2 depending on the furnished tent and 3 in chalet-bungalows
- Must be kept on a leash and clean, ensuring peace and safety.
- Supplements:
* €5/night for rentals
* €1-2/night for unfurnished pitches
- Mandatory declaration, rate doubled if not complied with.

7/ Smoking
All public and rental premises are non-smoking.
Violation = €68 fixed fine.

8/ Access to the sanitary block
Reserved for guests of unfurnished pitches and furnished tents.
Violation = €5/night/person.

9/ Swimming pools
Unsupervised. Minors remain the responsibility of their accompanying adults. No exceptions

10/ Hybrid and electric vehicles
Charging at a suitable charging station not available on the campsite - 15 minutes from the campsite in Maussac (Ibis hotel) / Egletons / Ussel / Neuvic
Unauthorized connection = €50 minimum or claim assessment if damage is noted

11/ Visitors
- Allowed from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on the customer's pitch
- Must report to reception or manager
- Limited access to restrooms and snack bars (accompanied and consumption required)

12/ Disputes
After contacting customer service: mediation is possible via CM2C, 14 rue Saint Jean – 75017 Paris, within one year of the complaint.

Visiting the campsite implies full acceptance of the internal regulations and the General Terms and Conditions.
