General booking conditions
All bookings are nominative and cannot be transferred or sublet.
Bookings are only final after we issue our confirmation and receive your deposit and booking fee (non-deductible and non-refundable). Tourist taxes
must be paid upon arrival.
Minors will only be accepted when they are accompanied by (one of) their
parents during their stay.
ARRIVALS-DEPARTURES: Rental accommodations must be vacated before 10
AM on the departure day. Rental accommodations are available from 4 PM
on the arrival day.
Without a message from the customer justifying a late arrival, his booking
will be maintained for 24 hours and it will be cancelled after that.
RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS: Your booking must be completed with a down
payment equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the stay. The balance
must be paid to your arrival. If not, the booking will be cancelled by right and
the down payment will be kept. Tents are not allowed on the pitches of the
rental accommodations. For security and insurance reasons, it is prohibited
to exceed the maximum number of persons allowed in the rental accommodation (babies included).
PETS:Vaccination booklet compulsory. Your pets must be kept on a lead and
can never be left alone on the camping pitch. Dogs considered as being of
the 1st and 2nd categories are prohibited.
We accept the pet in our static home, except PREMIUM one.
A cleaning service will be automatically charge.
CANCELLATION : Except case of absolute necessity
Over 60 days prior to the start of the stay: the down payment is refunded,
except for the booking fee.
Between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the stay: the down payment is
not refunded.
Less than 30 days prior to the start of the stay: the total amount of the stay
must be paid by the customer.
PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE: 30% as the deposit must be paid on the reservation. The balance must be paid on arrival. In the event of non-payment, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
WARRANTY DEPOSITS: Warranty deposits will be asked of you upon arrival,
before we hand you the keys:
300 € per Mobile Home.
These warranty deposits will be returned to you on the day you leave, after the
final check-up and after possible deduction of repairs or costs for missing or damaged materials. The rental accommodation must be left in a perfectly clean
state. If not, a complete cleaning service will be invoiced between €70 and €90.
SECURITY: The Direction declines all liability in case of theft, loss or damage
of the customer's possessions, caused by others. We will ask you to insure
your vehicles. Children are placed under the exclusive guard of their parents
who are criminally and legally responsible for them.
The swimming pools are not life guarded. Campsite under video surveillance.
The Direction reserves the right to exclude, without prior notice or refund,
persons who seriously disrespect the interior rules.
MEDIATION: In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer
Code, within one (1) year of submitting a written complaint and subject to
Article L.152-2 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to
lodge a mediation request with :
