Booking conditions
To make a reservation, we ask you:
•for a pitch *: 30% deposit of the stay.
•for the rental : 30% deposit of the stay.
* If the stay is less than 3 nights, the deposit is 30% of the total amount.
Upon receipt of your reservation request, an acknowledgment will be sent to inform you of its acceptance or refusal.
Payment of the balance
the booking balance must be paid 30 days before arrival

cancellation insurance:we higly recommend you to sign a cancellation insurance that must be paid when booking,for an amont of 4% of your stay





•under the period or in case of late arrival or early departure: there are no refund.
Your location or lease will be kept available until noon the day after the expected arrival. After this time, and no news from you, the site may dispose of the place, instead of law. Consider calling.
We remind you that the FFCC membership card offers a living cancellation insurance. If you cancel less than a month before the start of the holiday, please send your claim directly to the Insurance Service of the FFCC, with the cancellation invoice that camping you will be provided, as well as documents proving your cancellation .

Mediation: in the event of a dispute and after having contacted the campsite's customer service department, all campsite customers have the possibility of contacting a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by LRAR, to the operator.
