Mobile homes rentals : Rentals are for the named person only may not be transferred. The reservation becomes binding upon receipt of a duly completed contract, signed by the customer and accepted by the campsite. The mobile homes are available as weekly rentals from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am.You must warn us if you will be arriving later than your intended date. The site and facilities must be returned in the same of cleanliness as they were open arrival If they are not, you must pay a flat charge of 60€ for cleaning. (You will be charge for any degradation or missing item). Rental prices are for a given number of persons. Any additionnal persons will be invoiced at the “per person” rental rate applicable at the campsite.
Site rental:
he site will be available from 12 am until after 12 pm. The remaining balance will be paid in full on the day of arrival. For reservations location the deposit is 50 € + fees. A deposit of € 30 will be required for the badge at the campsite. The remaining balance will be paid in full on the day of arrival for both locations and for mobile home rentals. No reduction will be granted for a late arrival or early departure. Every tenant is required to cover its liability under a contract of insurance.
In case of delay on the scheduled date, please let us know, if the site or the mobile homes become available 24 hours after the date specified in the contract.
Residents and visitors must be reported daily to the reception and settled on the scale in force. If the resident or visitor does not have a tenant living in the location or mobile home will pay to the invoice.
Cancellation:
Cancellation of reservations must be made by mail. In this case the cancellation charge will be 25% of the total stay more than 30 days before the date of hire. And the amount equal to the total of the stay if cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the reservation date. Application fees are non refundable.
Only one pet is allowed in some accommodations at the current rate. The animal must be vaccinated.
Access to the pool: Hygiene rules must be respected, beach shorts are strictly forbidden, babies should wear a special layer swimming.
TVA: Prices include all taxes with a TVA rate of 10%
