TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This contract is personal and not transferable.
The reservation will be definite after payment of the reservation deposit and confirmation of the stay by the campsite
Le Roc de Lavandre.
The deposit is 30% of total stay, whether in rental or pitch location.
The reservation is made taking into account the best possible customer requirements and availability of campsite.
Arrival – Departure
The pitch / accommodation will be determined by the final campsite on theday of arrival in the light as much as possible, the wishes of the campers. The customer agrees to comply with the
rules of the campsite (display at the reception).
The placeholder is available to the client from 13 h 00 the day of arrival until 11 am agreed the day of departure.
In case of departure before the agreed date, no refund will be made.
Following a cancellation, late arrival or early departure, Le Roc de Lavandre Campsite reserves the right to lease the site without having any refund or compensation.
Delay
For pitches, billing will begin in its entirety from the first day of reservation.
We keep a placeholder for 24 hours from the scheduled date of arrival. After this time, we will have. Fees and deposits will
not be refunded.
In case of delay, the camper must inform the camp.
Cancellation
All cancellations MUST be notified by mail or email to be taken into account.
If canceled pitch / accommodation, the deposit will not be refunded and the reservation fee shall be retained by the
campsite.
Settlement
For pitches: the remaining amount of the rental must be adjusted on the day of arrival at the campsite.
For rentals: the stay must be settled 10 days before date of arrival, no recovery.
In the absence of balance payment within the period, the lease will be considered canceled and the deposit previously paid
will be forfeited to the Rock of Lavandre camping.
By making a reservation within 10 days prior to arrival, the entire stay must be paid.
Terms of rental accomodation
From 14 July to 18 August, rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
Dogs are welcome with an additional 1 € per night.
For rental, a deposit of 200 € for a bungalow and € 300 for a mobile home (cash only) will be required upon arrival.
It will be returned at departure after inventory.
If the rental is made in a clean noncompliant, a housekeeping of 45 € will be charged.
Claims
Although the Roc de Lavandre campsite makes every effort to make your stay more enjoyable, it can not be held responsible for the consequences of external events that would have the effect
of reducing or even cancel your stay.
Pets
The dogs first and second category are not accepted.
Pets must be leashed, vaccinated and tattooed. The vaccination is mandatory and must be updated.
Visitors
Visitors are allowed under the responsibility of the host, after reporting
their presence to home and have fulfilled the fee.
