TERMS OF SALES
1- The prices published by SARL JMS LOISIRS are applicable from 1/1/ and have no contractual value and may be modified without notice. The contractual price is firm and fixed when the Customer makes the reservation.
2- All rentals are nominative and cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred or sublet.
3- The rental of your pitch or accommodation only becomes effective with our agreement, and after receipt of the rental contract accompanied by a DEPOSIT paid within 7 days in the form of a money order, Holiday voucher, Bank check payable to order of SARL JMS LOISIRS, or credit card.
The balance is payable 10 days before arrival
4- In the absence of a message from the camper, the site or the accommodation will be returned to the rental. Messages on the answering machine are not accepted.
5- The final location will be determined by the campsite on the day of arrival.
The assigned numbers may be changed for reasons beyond our control. The same will apply to accommodation where, in the event of force majeure, you will, as far as possible, be allocated a similar rental at the same price.
6 - In the event of cancellation or cancellation of your stay before arrival, you will be charged
File for an amount of 20 euros and we will retain as compensation for breach of contract the amount equal to your deposit of 30% of the amount of your stay.
7- The day of arrival cannot be modified at the last minute and no reduction will be applied. Arrivals except with management's agreement are between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. The rental is payable 10 days before or on the day of arrival and there will be no refund even in the event of early departure due to force majeure or illness, it is the customer's responsibility to take out cancellation insurance.
8- Optional cancellation insurance can be taken out for 2.7% of the amount of the stay
9- All campers are required to comply with the provisions of the campsite's internal regulations. The courts of Privas have sole jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
10- It is up to the camper or tenant to ensure Liability number and insurance address must be mentioned when drawing up the contract. The Campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, etc.…. and in the event of an incident involving the civil liability of the camper.
11- Deposit: For rental accommodation, a deposit of 230 euros will be required at the start of your stay when you make your payment. It will be returned to you on your departure after inventory of the equipment, inventory of fixtures.
12- It is your responsibility to do this on your arrival and to notify us of any missing or damaged items.
13- In case of breakage you must replace the object identically or if there are several, the entire series to avoid having mismatched objects. This if you do not want the deposit to be retained in full
14- In case of degradation you will have to pay the repair invoice if you do not want it to be retained in its entirety.
15- If the repair invoice is greater than the deposit, you will have to pay the damage in full
16- On the day of your departure, the campsite must be vacated before 12 noon at the latest and the rental before 10 am.
17- For any late departure, an additional night will be charged.
18- The camping fee is paid on arrival
19- For the rental in case of unsanitary housing or without cleaning done, a fixed price of 60 Euros will be retained.
20- Animals are accepted with respect for elementary hygiene rules and also respect for other residents of the campsite. They must be kept on a leash and you must have in your possession the up-to-date vaccination record. Animals must not be locked in rentals in the absence of their owner
21- Minors unaccompanied by parents or a member of their adult family, even with parental authorization are not accepted.
22- The number of people per location defined by the contract must not be exceeded:
accommodation for 4 people cannot accommodate more than 4 people including babies ditto for 6 people.
