eneral rental conditions for accommodation
The campsite accepts rentals in order to guarantee its customers accommodation for the day of their arrival.
These are subject to certain conditions.
All reservations will be accompanied by a deposit of 35% (and €12 administration fees) payable by check, credit card, Paypal, or money order.
The balance of your stay is to be paid 30 days before the arrival date by the following payment method: check, credit card, Paypal, holiday vouchers, holiday vouchers connect or money order.
1 - The contract is nominative and cannot be transferred.
2 - Deposits must be sent by one of the payment methods described above. Bank checks must be made payable to Camping les Sous-bois du lac. Holiday vouchers are not accepted for deposits.
3 - Any tenant can take out CAMPEZCOUVERT cancellation insurance (see the conditions below). Customers who have not taken out cancellation insurance will not be able to claim a refund for their stay under any circumstances. Only Campezcouvert insurance manages cancellations of stays.
4 - In the absence of a message from the tenant specifying that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the chalets, cottages, gîtes, cosy-lodges and mobile homes become available 48 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the rental contract.
5 - A deposit of €250 will be requested upon your arrival.
6 - All tenants are required to comply with the provisions of the internal regulations of Camping Les Sous-Bois du Lac (below).
7 - In accordance with article L 221-5 of the consumer code, the consumer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal in our establishment.
8 - In accordance with Article R 121-2 of the Consumer Code, any consumer may resort to an extrajudicial procedure and may refer the matter to a mediator for the amicable resolution of the dispute between them and a professional. (Mediation-conso.fr)

9 - The tenant must take out civil liability insurance for the duration of their stay, including glass breakage.
10 - The processing and monitoring of complaints received are guaranteed by our establishment. Camping Les sous-bois du lac undertakes to respond to you by post or email within 8 days.

OF CARAVAN CAMPSITES
1° Conditions of admission:
To be admitted to enter, settle in, or stay on a campsite, you must have been authorized by the person in charge of the reception office (or by the manager ...). Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and a commitment to comply with them. Any violation may result in the expulsion of the perpetrator. In the event of serious misconduct, the manager may call on the police.
2° Police formalities:
Any person who must stay at least one night in the camp must first present their identity documents to the person in charge of the reception office and complete the formalities required by the police. Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with written authorization from their parents.
3° Installation:
The tent or caravan and the related equipment must be installed in the indicated location and in accordance with the instructions given by the manager.
4° Reception office
Reception opening hours 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. July and August.
You will find at the reception office all the information on the campsite services, information on the possibilities of supplies, sports facilities, tourist attractions in the surrounding area and various addresses that may be useful.
5° Fees:
The fees are paid at the reception office. Their amount is set according to the current rate displayed at the reception. They are due according to the number of nights spent on the site. Camp users are invited to notify the reception office of their departure the day before. Campers intending to leave before the reception office opens must pay their fees the day before.
6° Noise and silence:
Camp users are urged to avoid any noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbors. Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closings must be as discreet as possible. Dogs and other animals must never be left free, they must not be left at the campsite, even locked up in the absence of their owners who are civilly responsible for them. There must be total silence between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
