SCOPE OF APPLICATION OF THE
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
SALE
These general terms and conditions of sale
automatically govern all sales of holidays made on
the www.vacances-
seasonova.com website. They form an integral part
of any contract concluded between the campsite
and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges that he/she has read
these terms and conditions before booking a
holiday, for him/herself and any person taking part
in the holiday.
In accordance with the law in force, these general
terms and conditions are made available to all
customers for
information purposes prior to the conclusion of any
contract for the sale of holidays (the general terms
and conditions are available to download
from the website and on request and are sent when
the holiday or
group quote is validated
). They may also be obtained by writing to the head
office of GROUPE
SEASONOVA located at Route de Cabourg - 14810
Merville Franceville Plage.
1.
Booking conditions
Rentals :
Rental stays last a minimum of 2 nights in low
season (excluding special weekends, July and
August and special offers) and a minimum of 7 days
in July and August.
Arrivals are scheduled between 4pm and 7pm,
departures before 10am. Arrangements can be
made in low season, subject to availability, after
discussion with the campsite reception on arrival.
Arrivals in low season are not subject to a specific
day of arrival. In July and August, arrivals may be
on Saturdays, Sundays, Wednesdays or Fridays
(depending on the campsite, check with the
reservations department or the campsite
beforehand).
Campsite pitches:
Arrival and departure days for pitches are free.
There is no minimum length of stay (except during
certain periods, depending on the campsite, check
with the reservations department or on the website).
Arrivals are from 2 p.m. and departures before 12
a.m. (except for luxury pitches, before 11 a.m.).
How do I book?
Make your reservation online, by telephone or by
email.
All bookings become effective on receipt of the
deposit (see part 3 'payment conditions'), a paper or
digital booking contract and once the campsite has
validated the booking.
The rates indicated on the website are the basic
rates which do not include additional options, tourist
tax or Eco Participation.
As Seasonova uses dynamic pricing, rates may vary
during the season, both upwards and downwards.
A promotion cannot be applied to a booking that has
already been paid for and validated.
Seasonova offers a Flex rate and a Non Flex rate
for any stay booked on its website. For any arrival
on a campsite without a reservation, the Flex rate
will be applied. - Flex rate:
Payment: 30% deposit to be paid at the time of
booking. Balance to be paid in
full 30 days before the start of your stay. For all
bookings made less than 30 days before the arrival
date, the full amount of the booking will be required.
Cancellation/modification:
Up to and including 8 days before the start of your
stay: cancellation and modification possible without
justification. 30% of the amount of the reservation
will be refunded in the form of a credit note (valid at
all Seasonova campsites for stays up to 30 June of
the following season). If the customer has already
paid the balance at the
time of cancellation, it will be refunded in full within a
maximum of 3 months.
From 7 days (included) before the start of the
holiday: cancellation or change of holiday possible
with supporting documents, see conditions on the
website. Refund of the total amount of the booking
in the form of a credit note valid for a stay until 30
June of the following season at all Seasonova
campsites. Interruption of stay possible with proof,
refund, in the form of a credit note, in proportion to
the nights spent. - Non Flex rate:
Payment: 100% at the time of booking
For all ACSI rate bookings (at Seasonova campsites
that accept them), the Non Flex rate conditions
apply.
Booking via our partners :
For all bookings on a partner site, the conditions
indicated on the partner site apply. If the conditions
are not indicated, the Flex rate conditions apply.
3. Terms of payment
Full payment for the stay must be made in cash,
credit card, bank transfer (depending on the
campsite) or ANCV cheque no later than 30 days
before arrival. The campsite reserves the right to
cancel your booking in the event of non-payment of
the balance by the due date and to retain your 30%
deposit.
On receipt of any payment, deposit or balance, even
without a signed contract, the campsite will consider
that the general terms and conditions of sale have
been read and accepted by the customer. - 4X payment by bank card with our partner FLOA.
Our financial partner FLOA offers payment solutions
for your purchases of goods and/or services, in 4
instalments by bank card. These payment solutions

are reserved for private individuals (over 18 years of
age) residing in France, holding a Visa or
MasterCard bank card with a validity date
corresponding to the duration of the refund. FLOA,
RCS Bordeaux 434 130 423, whose registered
office is at Immeuble G7 - 71 Rue Lucien Faure,
Bordeaux (33300), is subject to supervision by the
Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution
(ACPR), 4 Place de Budapest, CS 92459, 75436
PARIS CEDEX 09, and is registered with the ORIAS
under number 07 028 160 (www.orias.fr). FLOA
reserves the right to accept or refuse your
application for finance; you have a statutory cooling

the fact that if you ask to pay for your order of goods
and/or services by means of these payment
solutions, your personal data will be transmitted to
FLOA for the purposes of studying your request for
financing, managing your credit contract and, where
applicable, debt collection. For more information,

Payment in 4X by FLOA is only available on the
FLEX tariff.
4. Booking confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed once we have
received your signed contract (or validated it on the
internet) and the deposit received by digital or postal
mail.
If we are unable to respond to your request due to
lack of availability, we will return your deposit as
soon as possible.
Reservations only bind Seasonova to the customer
once they have been accepted, which Seasonova
campsite is free to do or refuse, depending on
availabilitý, and in general, any circumstances likely
to affect the execution of the reservation made.
Seasonova offers family-oriented holidays, in the
traditional sense, and the accommodation is
specially designed for this purpose. Seasonova
reserves the right to refuse any booking which is
contrary to this principle, or which seeks to divert
from it.
NO RETURN PERIOD
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French
Consumer Code, Seasonova informs its customers
that the sale of accommodation services provided
on a specific date, or according to a specific
frequency, is not subject to the provisions relating to
the 14-day withdrawal period.
GROUP RESERVATION - Any reservation of more than 4 accommodations
by the same physical person or by different physical
persons but knowing each other and travelling
together for the same reasons on the same dates of
stay on the same Seasonova campsite is
considered as a group. - The accommodation offered on the Seasonova
website is exclusively for individuals. - For any group booking request, you must contact
the Seasonova campsite by phone, email or via our
'Contact Us' section. The Seasonova campsite
contacted reserves the right to study the reservation
request before accepting or refusing it.
Pets are not allowed in rented accommodation,
unless specified in the description of the
accommodation. In the event of non-compliance
with the house rules, the management reserves the
right to interrupt the stay without refund.
Rentals are strictly personal and may not be
transferred or sub-let without the consent of the
campsite management.
Minors not accompanied by their parents or legal
guardian may not be admitted.
Seasonova campsites reserve the right to refuse
access to the campsite to groups or families arriving
with a number of participants greater than the
capacity of the rented accommodation
. - On arrival
For rental stays, you will be welcomed from 4pm.
We opt for comfort and zen-attitude on the day of
your arrival, which is why you will be asked to pay a
€100 'cleanliness and comfort' deposit by e-mail 10
days before your arrival. This must be paid online
using our partner Swikly's platform. If no deposit is
received, you will not be given the keys to the
accommodation.
Possibility of requesting the cleaning option on
booking or arrival for 70€ (excluding cleaning of
cutlery, kitchen utensils and dustbin). This option
can be booked up to 36 hours before your
departure.
An inventory sheet will be given to you on arrival.
Please report any discrepancies on the same day.
Any complaints made afterwards will not be taken
into account.
We offer a range of services for which you can ask
at reception for prices. - The day of departure
An inventory of fixtures will be made on the day of
your departure. An appointment must be made the
day before departure. As a reminder, departures
take place between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Any costs
incurred in restoring the accommodation to its
original state, or for missing or damaged equipment,
will be invoiced (the campsite reserves the right to
keep all or part of the security deposit). If the
accommodation is not left in a perfectly clean
condition, you will be charged a €100 cleaning fee.
The deposit will be returned to you on departure
after an inventory has been carried out, subject to
the equipment being returned in good condition.
For any late departure, you may be charged for an
extra day at the current nightly rate.
It is the camper's responsibility to take out
insurance: campers are responsible for looking after
their personal belongings (bicycles, etc.). The
campsite declines all responsibility in the event of
an incident for which the camper is liable. All guests
must comply with the campsite rules. Each tenant is
responsible for any disturbance or nuisance caused
by people staying with or visiting them.
6 Delay
All rentals / pitches must be occupied before 8pm
on the day of arrival stated on your contract. In the
absence of a message justifying a late arrival, the
rental / pitch will become available 24 hours after
the date initially planned, after you have been
notified in writing. Any late arrival must be notified
by email or text message to the campsite number so
that the campsite can make the necessary
arrangements to welcome you.
7. Changing a reservation
The possibility of changing a stay depends on the
tariff chosen by the customer. The Non Flex tariff
does not allow any changes to be made to a stay.
With the Flex rate, changes can be made free of
charge up to 8 days before arrival, subject to
availability.
Customers may request a change to their stay at
the same campsite (dates, type of accommodation)
by writing to the campsite (letter or e-mail) before
the change deadline, subject to availability. No
postponements will be accepted for the following
season. If no change is made, the customer will be
obliged to stay as originally booked or to cancel in
accordance with the cancellation conditions. - Any request to increase the length of your stay will
be subject to availability and the rates in force at the
time of the request. - Any request to reduce the length of your stay is
considered as a partial cancellation and will be
subject to the cancellation and interruption of stay
conditions.
8. Cancellation, interruption of stay and
unused services
1. Unused services
In the event of a stay being interrupted or shortened
for one of the following reasons: - Closure of borders by administrative decision - Administrative closure of the campsite - Restriction of travel to a number of kilometres by
administrative decision that does not allow you to
come to the campsite
A voucher for the amount of the unused nights, valid
for two years, will be issued by the campsite. If the
customer refuses this voucher, it will be reimbursed
on request.
2.
Cancellation on the part of Seasonova
In the event of cancellation on the part of
Seasonova, except in cases of force majeure, the
sums paid for the reservation will be reimbursed in
full. However, this cancellation cannot give rise to
the payment of damages.
3.
Cancellation by the camper
All cancellation requests must be sent by post to the
Seasonova campsite postal address or by e-mail.
Cancellations made by telephone cannot be taken
into account. Any cancellation will result in the
cancellation of the reservation and the campsite
reserves the right to offer the accommodation for
rent again.
a. In the event of cancellation by a camper who has
opted for the Non Flex tariff:
The sums paid will be retained by the campsite.
b. In the event of cancellation by a camper who has
opted for the Flex tariff:
Cancellation up to and including 8 days before the
start of the stay:
The campsite will issue a voucher, valid for a stay
until 30 June of the following season, at all
Seasonova campsites, for the amount of the deposit
(30% of the booking). Any other sum paid by the
customer will be reimbursed within a maximum of 3
months.
Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the start
of the holiday:
The customer will be asked to provide a receipt for
any cancellation, see the list of accepted receipts on
our website. The proof must be sent to the campsite
by post or email within 7 days of the cancellation
request. The campsite will issue a voucher for the
total amount of the reservation, valid for a stay at all
Seasonova campsites until 30 June of the following
season.
Interruption of stay possible with proof, refund, in
the form of a credit note, in proportion to the nights
spent.
In the event of cancellation of the holiday, the
amount paid in holiday vouchers cannot be
reimbursed in accordance with article L.112-14 I. of
the French Monetary and Financial Code.
If your booking already includes a voucher from a
previous booking, this cannot be converted back
into a voucher or reimbursed.
9. Mediator
In the event of a dispute, and after having contacted
the campsite's 'customer' department, any campsite
customer may refer the matter to a consumer
mediator, within a maximum period of one year from
the date of the written complaint, by registered letter
to the operator. The contact details of the mediator

10. PETS
Pets are allowed on Seasonova campsites (except
1st and 2nd categorydogs
and in certain rentals - see paragraph 5) for a fee
payable when
you make your reservation. Where authorised, they
must be kept on a lead at all times. They are not
allowed near swimming pools, in sanitary facilities,
in food shops or in buildings. Vaccination certificates
for dogs and cats must be up to date.
