**PREAMBLE**
The conditions for conducting activities related to the organization and sale of trips or stays are determined by the Tourism Code, particularly Articles L. 211-1 and following of the said Code. The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to govern the contractual relationship regarding the sale of individual stays between the company CAMPINGS LIBERTÉ LANDRELLEC and its clients, and to set their respective obligations.
The fact that the company CAMPINGS LIBERTÉ LANDRELLEC does not invoke one or more of the provisions of these general terms and conditions should not be interpreted as a waiver. Any reservation implies the unconditional application of the general terms and conditions by the client and their full and complete acceptance, which take precedence over any other document. Unless agreed otherwise in writing and in advance by CAMPINGS LIBERTÉ LANDRELLEC, these general terms and conditions apply to all clients. Any other document, such as brochures, catalogues, advertisements, notices, has only an informative and indicative value.
**SERVICES, RESERVATIONS, RATES**
1. **RESERVATION AND PAYMENT FOR STAYS**
The elements of the services provided during our stays are determined on our website www.campingsliberte.com.
The client has access to the online catalogue or paper brochure, or can have our reservation agents explain our services on-site, by phone, or electronically. They select the services of their choice on the day of their reservation. The client acknowledges having reviewed the content of the services, the destination, and the reservation modalities, as well as all the characteristics of the stays and accommodations. They acknowledge having requested and received all the necessary information to make the reservation in full knowledge. The client is responsible for their choice of reservation and its suitability for their needs, so CAMPINGS LIBERTÉ LANDRELLEC cannot be held responsible. The reservation is deemed accepted by the client upon completion of the reservation process. The reservation process ends upon the receipt of the deposit by CAMPINGS LIBERTÉ LANDRELLEC.
The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the camping, after receiving the deposit and either the completed and signed reservation contract or acceptance of the general terms and conditions when booking online. Reservations bind CAMPINGS LIBERTÉ LANDRELLEC only if accepted by the camping, which is free to accept or refuse them depending on availability and any circumstances that might hinder the fulfillment of the reservation. Specifically, CAMPINGS LIBERTÉ LANDRELLEC offers stays aimed at families in the traditional sense, with accommodations specifically designed for this purpose. Thus, CAMPINGS LIBERTÉ LANDRELLEC reserves the right to refuse any reservation that would contravene this principle or attempt to circumvent it.
Subject to availability on the desired dates, you can reserve a stay under the terms stated on page 1.
Your registration request must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total stay price (for rentals and camping sites) and must be received within 7 days from the reservation date. Your reservation will only become final after the deposit is registered. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival date. Thus:
*** For reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay: a deposit must be paid when reserving at the camping. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay.
*** For reservations made less than 30 days before the stay start date: the full payment must be made at the time of reservation at the camping.
**WARNING:** After these deadlines, if we have not received your deposit or balance payment, we will consider your reservation as canceled and the corresponding services will be re-sold. Furthermore, the cancellation conditions will apply.
Upon receipt of your deposit, a stay confirmation will be sent to you specifying the remaining balance to pay.
For rental stays, and for security reasons, the number of people arriving cannot exceed the accommodation's capacity or the number of people specified in the contract.
**WARNING:** No refunds will be made for shortened, interrupted, or abbreviated stays (late arrival, early departure) or unused services.
2. **PAYMENT METHODS FOR THE STAY**
You can pay for your stay with the reservation voucher: by bank checks, holiday vouchers: CAMPINGS LIBERTÉ LANDRELLEC has been approved by the National Agency for Holiday Vouchers, so you can use them for all your stays. We recommend sending your checks by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. Checks that are not sent by registered mail and are not received by CAMPINGS LIBERTÉ LANDRELLEC are the client's responsibility. They are valid for their nominal value up to the amount owed for your stay, at the latest when paying the balance.
3. **RATES**
3.1: **Rates and tourist taxes**
The rates for all our stays, accommodations, and additional services are available on our website. Rates are determined by accommodation category and type, and are expressed in euros. CAMPINGS LIBERTÉ LANDRELLEC cannot be held responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates.
The prices listed are valid for the current year.
Our inclusive taxes prices are subject to change in the event of an increase in the tax rates that apply to our stays.
3.2: **Discounts – Promotional offers**
If you are entitled to a discount under a promotional offer, you must claim it when making your reservation. Promotional offers are subject to certain conditions, including availability. Furthermore, discounts or promotional offers cannot be combined with each other. Once the confirmation or invoice has been issued, the client may no longer claim any discount.
4. **MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION**
4.1: **Modification of your reservation**
Changes to your reservation can be made without charge up to 30 days before the original arrival date, subject to availability. You must notify us quickly in writing or by email. Any modification request can only be accepted based on availability and at the current rate.
**WARNING:** In the absence of an explicit modification request (in writing or by email) and a change of your arrival date, the accommodation may be made available for sale again 24 hours after the arrival date specified in the contract, and you will lose the benefit of your reservation as well as the amount paid.
4.2: **Modification due to CAMPINGS LIBERTÉ LANDRELLEC**
If, before departure, the fulfillment of one of the essential elements of the stay becomes impossible due to an unforeseen and insurmountable event, a third party not involved in providing the services, or a case of force majeure, we will inform you immediately. You will then have the option either to cancel the stay or accept the proposed modification. You must notify us of your choice within 72 hours (cancellation will result in an immediate refund of all sums paid, while acceptance will only lead to a refund of the excess amount, if applicable). It is specified that the application of this clause will not result in the payment of any compensation.
5. **CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION**
5.1: **Cancellation by the client**
In the event of cancellation, we ask that you notify us quickly in writing or by email. Any cancellation request must also be confirmed to CAMPINGS LIBERTÉ LANDRELLEC by writing or email.
Deposits paid for the reservation will not be refunded.
5.1.1: **Cancellation insurance**
This insurance is offered as a supplement to a reservation for a stay in outdoor hospitality and is intended to protect the client before the start of the stay in case they need to cancel or arrive late, during the stay in case of interruption, vehicle breakdown, assistance and veterinary fees, and after the stay in case of forgotten personal items at the site.
In the event of cancellation by CAMPINGS LIBERTÉ LANDRELLEC for a force majeure event, as defined in Article 1148 of the Civil Code, only an immediate refund of the sums paid will occur, excluding any other compensation.
**YOUR STAY**
1. **STAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS**
The reservation of a camping site or rental is strictly personal. You may not sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the camping. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
1.1: **Camping Site**
The basic rate includes the site for the tent, caravan, or motorhome, a car, and 1 or 2 people, as well as access to the facilities.
The site is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12:00 PM on the day of departure. However, in case of early arrival, every effort will be made to reduce waiting time.
1.2: **Rental Accommodation**
Rental accommodations are equipped. The basic package is for 1 to 7 people depending on the type of accommodation.
CAMPINGS LIBERTÉ LANDRELLEC reserves the right to refuse access to the camping to groups or families presenting with more people than the capacity of the rented accommodation.
2. **ARRIVAL**
2.1: **Key Delivery**
Depending on the season, arrival days may vary. On your arrival day at CAMPINGS LIBERTÉ LANDRELLEC, accommodations will be available from 4:00 PM. However, in case of early arrival and depending on availability, efforts will be made to reduce waiting time.
2.2: **Security Deposit**
A security deposit of 250 euros is required upon arrival. It must be paid by credit card or check. This deposit will be returned on departure after a full inspection (inventory) of the accommodation. The management reserves the right to keep part or all of the deposit in case of failure to meet hygiene standards and/or damage to the rented equipment.
3. **DURING YOUR STAY**
3.1: **Internal Regulations**
An internal regulation is displayed within the camping. We ask you to review it and comply with it. All clients must adhere to the internal regulations. Each tenant is responsible for disturbances or nuisances caused by the people staying with them or visiting them.
3.2: **Loss, Theft, Damage**
CAMPINGS LIBERTÉ LANDRELLEC cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items in our residences, whether in the accommodations or in parking areas or common areas. We advise you to contact your insurance company to obtain, if necessary, an extension of your personal coverage.
3.3: **Pets**
Pets (except first and second-category dogs) are allowed in camping and designated rental accommodations. They must be constantly supervised and kept on a leash by their owner during the stay. Any failure to meet hygiene or safety requirements caused by the animal may result in eviction. A valid vaccination record for dogs and cats is required.
4. **DEPARTURE**
On the day of departure indicated in your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM. The accommodation will be inspected for cleanliness, and any broken or damaged items will be charged to you, as well as the cost of cleaning if necessary
