RESERVATION CONDITION
- The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the Campsite, after reception of the deposit and after reception of either the reservation contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general conditions of sale during the online reservation.
- Reservations are only binding on Village Azur if Village Azur has accepted them, which Village Azur is free to do or to refuse, depending on availability, and in general, any circumstances that may affect the execution of the reservation made. Village Azur offers family-oriented stays, in the traditional sense, and the accommodations are specially designed for this purpose. Village Azur reserves the right to refuse any reservation that would be contrary to this principle, or that would seek to divert it.
- The reservation of a camping site or a rental is made on a strictly personal basis. Under no circumstances may you sublet or assign your reservation without the prior consent of the village.
- Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Camping pitch
- The basic package includes the pitch for a tent, caravan or camper van for 1 or 2 people, access to the sanitary facilities and the reception infrastructures.
Rental
- The rental accommodations are equipped. The basic package is from 2 to 8 places depending on the type of accommodation and the village.
- The Village Azur campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the village to groups or families arriving with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation.
Reservation fees
- Village Azur offers reservation fees on rentals and bare pitches.
Group reservations
- Any reservation of more than 4 accommodations by the same individual or by different individuals who know each other and are traveling together for the same reasons on the same dates of stay at Village Azur is considered a group.
- The accommodations offered on the Village Azur website are exclusively intended for individual customers.
- For any group reservation request, you must contact Village Azur by telephone, by email or via our Contact Us section. Village Azur reserves the right to study the reservation request before accepting or refusing it.
RATES AND TOURIST TAX
- The prices indicated are valid for the 2021 season. They correspond to one night and are in euros, VAT included.
- The amount of the tourist tax is variable according to the communes.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
- For reservations made more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the price of the services reserved must be paid upon reservation at the village. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay in the village.
In case of non-payment of the balance by the client at the latest 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the village reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to offer the accommodation for rent again.
- For reservations made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking at the village.
NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code,
Village Azur informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or according to a specific frequency, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day withdrawal period.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
1. Modification of your reservation
The client may request a modification of his stay according to availability and possibilities. No postponement will be accepted for the following season. In the absence of modification, the customer will have to carry out his stay in the initial conditions of reservation.
- Any request to increase the length of your stay will be carried out according to availability and according to the rates in force.
- Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered as a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption of stay terms.
2. Unused services
In case of an interrupted or shortened stay for one of the following reasons
-Closure of the borders
-Administrative closure of the campsite
-Quarantine upon arrival or return of the client to his country
-Limitation of travel to a number of kilometers that does not allow to come to the campsite
A voucher for the amount of the unused nights, valid for two years, will be issued by the campsite. If the client refuses this voucher, he will be reimbursed, on request, the corresponding amount minus the cost of any cancellation insurance taken out.
Apart from the reasons mentioned above, any stay that is interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to the customer's fault will not give rise to a refund or a voucher.
3. Cancellation by the Village Azur campsite
In the event of cancellation by Village Azur, except in the case of force majeure, the sums paid for the reservation will be fully reimbursed. However, this cancellation cannot give rise to the payment of damages.
4. Cancellation by the camper
a. In case of cancellation by the camper, for one of the following reasons and until the date of arrival:
-Closure of the borders
-Administrative closure of the campground
-Quarantine upon arrival or return of the client to his country
-Limitation of travel to a number of kilometers not allowing to come to the camp
A voucher for the full amount paid, valid for two years, will be issued by the campsite. In case of refusal by the customer of this voucher, it will be refunded, on request, the amount corresponding.
For all other reasons:
- Case 1 - Cancellation up to 15 (fifteen) days before the beginning of the stay:
The deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay will be kept by the campsite as a cancellation fee. The amounts paid, deducted from the deposit, will be refunded. If the payment has been made in part or in full with a voucher of a higher value than the deposit: the deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay will be retained by the campsite as a cancellation fee. A new non-refundable voucher with a duration of 2 years will be issued with the amount of the initial voucher minus the 30% deposit. The rest of the amount paid other than the voucher will be refunded.
- Case 2 - Cancellation less than 15 (fifteen) days before your arrival:
The deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay will be kept by the campsite as a cancellation fee. A voucher for the amount paid, deducted from the deposit, will be issued by the campsite. This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has a validity of two years.
YOUR STAY
1. Arrival
- the days of arrival are variable in low season, and from Saturday to Saturday for the months of July and August.
- Rental accommodations: on the day of your arrival in the Village Azur, you will be welcomed from 3:00 pm, and when you receive the keys of your rental, a deposit will be requested.
2. During your stay
It is the camper's responsibility to insure himself : the camper is responsible for the surveillance of his personal objects (bikes, etc.). The campsite declines all responsibility in case of an incident involving the camper's civil liability. All guests must comply with the rules and regulations. Each tenant is responsible for any disturbance or nuisance caused by persons staying with him or visiting him.
3. Departure
- Rental accommodation: on the day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated before 10 am.
The accommodation will be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, and the inventory will be checked, any broken or damaged object will be at your charge, as well as the restoration of the premises if it should prove necessary. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, after deduction of the indemnities retained, on the basis of supporting invoices, for any damage noted by the inventory of fixtures on departure. The withholding of the deposit does not exclude an additional compensation in case the expenses would be superior to the amount of this one.
- If the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, you will be asked to pay a cleaning fee of at least 80€ including VAT.
- For any delayed departure, you may be charged an additional day at the price of the night in force.
ANIMALS
Animals are accepted (except dogs of the 1st and 2nd category). They must be kept on a leash at all times. They are not allowed near the swimming pools, in the food shops or in the buildings. Vaccination records for dogs and cats must be up to date.
IMAGE
You authorize Village Azur, as well as any person designated by Village Azur, to photograph, record or film you during your stay at Village Azur and to use said images, sounds, videos and recordings on all media (in particular on Village Azur websites or pages - including Facebook and Instagram - on Village Azur presentation and promotional materials and on travel or tourist guides). This authorization is valid for you as well as for the people staying with you. Its sole purpose is to ensure the promotion and animation of Village Azur and will not in any way damage your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries and for a period of 5 years.
LITIGATION
Any possible complaint concerning the non-conformity of the services compared to the contractual commitments can be reported by mail or e-mail to Village Azur.

The customer expressly acknowledges that Village Azur cannot be held responsible for the communication by its partners or by any third party of false information that would be mentioned in the brochure or on the Village Azur website, and in particular the presentation photos, descriptions, activities, leisure activities, services and operating dates. All photos and texts used on the Village Azur website are non-contractual.

DATA PROCESSING AND FREEDOM
The information that you communicate to us at the time of your order will not be transmitted to any third party. This information will be considered by Village Azur as confidential.
It will be used only by the internal services of Village Azur, for the treatment of your order and to reinforce and personalize the communication and the offer of services reserved for the customers of Village Azur according to your centers of interests.
