PAYMENT FOR YOUR STAY
The rental agreement becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit (25% of the total stay) excluding tourist taxes and other optional extras. The deposit can be paid by credit card, check, or bank transfer.
The deposit is retained by SAR LEO VACANCES regardless of the cancellation date. It is your responsibility to purchase cancellation insurance if you wish.
The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. Payment can be made by credit card, check, cash, or holiday vouchers. A security deposit of €150.00 will be required for rentals.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
· Arrival times are normally:
* between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. for rentals
* from 3:30 p.m. for camping pitches

Any arrival after 10:00 p.m. will be charged €50.00.
· Departure times are normally:
* before 10:00 a.m. for rentals
* before 12:00 p.m. for camping pitches
Any departure after these hours will result in an additional day's charge.
RATES
The rental rate for your mobile home includes electricity, gas, and water. The rental rate is based on the number of occupants (2-bedroom mobile home: 4 people, 3-bedroom mobile home: 6 people, and cottage: 9 people) and includes parking for one car. Any additional person and/or vehicle will be charged at the camping rate. PLEASE NOTE: Please notify us, as many mobile homes cannot accommodate more occupants.
The rate does not include tourist tax: €0.50/day/person aged 18 and over.
Bed linens include mattress protectors, 1 pillow/person, and blankets. Sheets are not provided. You can bring your own or rent bed linen on site: €12.00/bed for the duration of your stay.
Towels can be rented: €4.00/towel for the duration of your stay.
The mobile home must be left in its original condition and cleaned upon departure. The security deposit will only be returned after an inspection. You can request that we clean the property for you: €50.00
SOME RULES TO FOLLOW
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the mobile homes.
Barbecues are strictly prohibited (no fire, wood, or charcoal). Only the gas griddles we rent are permitted. Gas griddles: €10.00/day (for stays longer than 1 week: €5.00/day).
Pitching a tent next to your mobile home is strictly prohibited. Camping pitches are provided for this purpose.
The tenant is required to have up-to-date third-party liability insurance.
The tenant may not object to a visit to the premises, upon request from the owner or their representative.
Pets and pets are permitted. Pets may not be left alone inside the mobile home.
The allocated parking spaces must be respected. To ensure the peace and quiet of our guests, we ask that there be as much silence as possible between 11 p.m. and 9 a.m.
Vehicles must travel at a maximum speed of 10 km/h within the campsite.
The campsite's shared restrooms are reserved for the exclusive use of campers.
Anyone signing a contract acknowledges having read and complied with the internal regulations (available for download from our website and posted at the campsite reception).
