1. All rentals are personal and cannot under any circumstances be sublet.
2.The deposit must be paid upon receipt the rental agreement and attached to the copy to be turned. It will then be deducted from the amount of the invoice. Upon receipt of the signed contract and the payment of the deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation. The tourist tax and the additional tax are to be paid on the day of your arrival.Prices are given for information only and are subject to change during the season and depending on availability.
3.In case of delay on the expected date of arrival, please notify us: in the absence of a written letter or email from the tenant stating that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the site becomes vacant. 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the rental contract and full payment for the services remains required.
4. PITCHES : Arrival 2.30 pm – departure 12.00 pm
a) The balance for the stay must be paid 15 days before the date of the arrival.
b) No reduction will be granted in the event of a late arrival, an early departure or change in the number of people and facilities announced (whether for all or part the planned stay).
Remember to bring an extension cord and European plug.
d) The days, facilities and additional people will be paid on the day of the arrival.
5. ACCOMODATIONS : Arrival 4.00 pm – departure 10.00 am
a) The accomodation must be vacated between 8.30 am and 10.00 am on the day of departure. Observations concerning the rental must be reported to reception no later than the day after arrival.
b) The balance of the stay must be paid in full 15 days before the date of arrival (under penalty of cancellation of the rental). No reduction will be granted in the event of a late arrival or early departure.
c) The Mobil-homes or Chalets are rented for a given number of people.
d) The Mobil-Home or Chalet will be left in the same state of cleanless as on arrival. Failing this, the client will have to pay a lump sum of cleaning (MH 1ch et Chalet : 60€ - MH 2ch : 75€ - MH 3ch : 90€). Any damage and missing item will be charged to the client.
e) As a guarantee of the provisions of Article 5d, a deposit of €100 per bank card print will be requested from the tenant upon arrival and will be destroyed after his departure, unless the management decides after the inventory made by our teams. No inventory will be made in the presence of the tenant. This deposit is not a limit of liability. In case of early departure outside office hours, the deposit cheque will be returned by mail to the tenant or the deposit card will be deleted after inspection of the premises.
6. The tenant must comply with the provisions of the campsite's internal regulations, it can be provided to you on request and is displayed at reception.
7. INSURANCE CANCELLATION :
It is recommended to sign an insurance (assurance) cancellation.

Any cancellation request, for any reason whatsoever, cannot be recorded by telephone, it must be notified in writing or by email to the campsite with acknowledgment of receipt.
Cancellation of Accommodation by the Client
It is recalled that in application of the provisions of Article L221-28 et seq. Of the Consumer Code, none of the services offered by Camping de la Baie is subject to the right of withdrawal.
Cancellation by you has the following financial consequences (excluding Covid provision):
- More than 30 days before the arrival date provided for in the contract: Full Refund.
- Between 30 days and 15 days before the scheduled arrival date: the 30% deposit paid on reservation will automatically be acquired at the campsite, as compensation for termination, and may not give rise to any refund.
- Less than 14 days before scheduled arrival or no show: No Refund, the amount equal to the total stay will be acquired at the campsite, as compensation for termination, and may not give rise to any refund.
Any stay started is considered as consumed and will not give rise to any refund or credit.
Cancellation of Accommodation Due to Covid 19
A- The customer is informed of the option to take out, when booking, a multi-risk cancellation insurance with Covid extension included, corresponding to 4% of the total amount of the stay, covering risks such as serious illness, bodily injury or death, complications due to pregnancy, summons to a court (juror or expert), economic dismissal, summons for adoption, summons to a make-up examination, destruction of professional or private premises, theft in said premisesi, suppression or modification of the dates of leave by the employer, professional transfer, serious damage to your vehicle ... The Covid extension provided for in the contract covers individually as illness, serious illness or cause of death
B- Full Refund Guaranteed in the event of restrictions, related to the pandemic, in effect the day before your arrival. The restrictive measures are as follows:
- Closure of the accommodation,
- Closure of French borders and / or your country of residence,
- Travel restrictions with obligation of confinement of the city, department, region and / or country of the customer imposed by the French authorities.
If these restrictive measures are taken during the customer's stay, the nights not consumed will be refunded.

- No refund will be made if cancellation insurance is not taken out.
WITHOUT INSURANCE, all sums paid remain acquired at the campsite.
8. During your stay, photographs, movies of you or your children could be taken for the advertising needs of the campsite. In case of refusal of your part, thank you to notify us by registered letter before your arrival.
9. Swimming-pool : swimming trunks or boxer mandatory.
10. Litigation : In the event of a dispute and after entering the “customer” service of the establishment, any customer of the campsite has the possibility of entering a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date. of the written complaint, by recorded delivery, to the operator. 11. VAT : The prices are inclusive of VAT with a VAT rate of 10% applicable on the day they were determined. 12. PERSONAL DATA : The information you enter will be recorded by the La Baie campsite, it will be analyzed and transmitted to the various departments concerned for their support.
