Booking a stay in a pitch or rental implies acceptance of the general sales conditions by the contracting parties.
Weekly rentals in high season, nightly rentals for the rest of the season.
Mobile home capacity 4/6, only rentable for 4 people. Mobile home capacity 5/7, only rentable for 5 people.
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season, pitch start day, at choice throughout the season.

***Tourist tax: Tax in effect for a 4-star accommodation, 1.08€ per adult over 18, collected on behalf of the municipality.
***Booking request and payment: The booking becomes effective only after receipt of a 30% deposit of your stay and the balance paid 30 days before arrival. The balance of your stay must be fully paid 30 days before your arrival at the campsite. Warning: After the 30-day deadline, the stay will be automatically canceled, and the accommodation will be re-listed. Amounts paid will be retained as compensation for contract termination (cancellation terms will not apply).
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. The campsite reserves the right not to accept groups. A group is considered any booking of more than one pitch. The campsite is based on calm with complete silence after 11:00 PM.
***Booking confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent by email, also serving as proof of booking. To respect the environment, it is not necessary to print your booking confirmation.
***Rental or pitch: All rental of mobile homes, chalets, or pitches is nominative and cannot be transferred. No reduction will be given in case of delayed arrival or early departure. The stay will be billed until the contractual date. WARNING: In case of delay, your booking is reserved for 24 hours. After this time, without written notice from you, the booking will be canceled. Phone messages are not accepted.
Arrival times: Rental from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Departure: before 10:00 AM.
Arrival times: Pitch from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Departure: before 12:00 PM.
Late arrival option: arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM. (To be selected during your booking).
For any delayed departure, you may be charged an additional day at the current nightly rate.
***Security deposit: A security deposit of 300€ for rentals will be required to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance. The sum will be refunded after an inventory check, 48 hours after your departure. The cleaning of the mobile home or chalet is the responsibility of the tenant, who must return it in perfect condition at the end of the stay. If not, a sum of 55€ or 70€ (depending on the mobile home size) will be deducted from the security deposit for unsatisfactory cleaning. The same applies to the pitches, which must be returned in the state they were found upon arrival. A 25€ fee may be charged for pitch damage.
A 20€ deposit will be required for the entry badge given upon arrival, refunded at departure.
***Cancellation and Modification: Any cancellation request must be made by registered mail or email with acknowledgment of receipt. Booking fees and cancellation insurance are non-refundable.
Without cancellation insurance: From booking to 31 days before arrival: Option 1: Postpone the stay to a later date with no fees, valid in the current or next year. Option 2: Refund the amounts paid with a deduction of 100€ for cancellation fees.
From 30 days to 7 days before arrival: No refund will be issued. Only a stay postponement is possible with a 30% fee deduction of the total amount (valid in the current or next year).
With cancellation insurance: *Campez Couvert Cancellation Insurance: We offer optional cancellation and interruption insurance in your rental contract. Gritchen Affinity agrees to reimburse part or all of the stay for clients who have subscribed to the Campez Couvert insurance. In case of cancellation, notify the campsite of your cancellation as soon as an event prevents your departure by mail or email. If the event is covered by the Campez Couvert terms, inform the insurer within 48 hours and provide all necessary information and supporting documents.
***Internal Regulations: The campsite follows a strict policy of total silence from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. All campers must comply with the * Official Internal Regulations of Camping-Caravaning Grounds. Non-compliance with the regulations may result in eviction without any refund of your stay or part of it. For insurance and security reasons, it is forbidden to exceed the prescribed number of occupants per pitch (6 people) or rental (depending on accommodation). Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch. Any additional vehicle must be reported to reception for allocation of a parking spot (subject to fees). Visitors or additional persons must register at reception (fees apply beyond 2 hours). Visitors, even after paying the fee, are not allowed in the pool area. Pets must be kept on a leash with their bedding and vaccination records. Unauthorized electrical equipment is prohibited on the premises for fire safety. *Internal Regulations available on the campsite website and upon request.
Adding a tent to mobile home or chalet pitches is prohibited.
WARNING!
For safety reasons with electrical installations, it is strictly forbidden to plug your vehicle into standard outlets on pitches and mobile homes.
On-site, a charging station is available for 15€ for slow charging. A fast charging station is located 4 km from the campsite. For safety measures, caravans and double-axle vehicles are not allowed in the campsite in case of evacuation.
***Mediation In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, within one year of submitting a written complaint, the consumer has the right to request an amicable resolution through mediation with SAS Médiation Solution, 222 Chemin de la Bergerie, 01800 Saint Jean de Niost.
