Le Martinet Rouge *** Campground, located between Carcassonne and the Montagne Noire, is a family-friendly and welcoming destination in Brousses-et-Villaret, in the Aude department. At an elevation of 400 meters, you’ll enjoy beautiful sunny days and cool evenings. With its 66 campsites, this peaceful haven welcomes you to a natural park dotted with oak trees and rocks. The pool will delight the whole family with its water slide and wading pool, while sun loungers under umbrellas invite you to relax under the Occitan sun. We offer comfortable accommodations (chalets, bungalows, and mobile homes, many of which are air-conditioned) as well as large, shaded sites for tents, trailers, and RVs. All accommodations, designed for 2 to 6 people, feature 2 or 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, a living area, a bathroom, and a toilet. The campsites, shaded by holm oaks and bordered by tall hedges, offer peace and privacy. The “La Dure” River is directly accessible from the campground.
